DH and I are IN!!! I have never done anything so impulsive in my life. We just returned from the 9/29 Eastern and I just could not resist when I saw the $599 bargain. We get to do it again! I am so excited!

WELCOME!!!! The more the merrier around here and you will soon see we REALLY mean that!! That's AWESOME that you two were able to get that price and now you get to join us!! BTW, was there anything on the cruise other than the new bands that you mentioned, that's different or worth noting?? What about any copies of navigators? As you can tell I think all of us are a crazy for any updates or info!! Again, glad that you could join us!!!!

My husband and I are both 55 yrs. old and are DCL addicts. This will be DLC cruise #13 for us.

13??? Wow, I am so jealous.

I cannot wait to look back one day and have all of those wonderful DCL memories to reminisce about.

Jim and I are approximately your ages (well, he's a couple of years older but hasn't hit the big "60" yet). We're also traveling with no kids this cruise. This will be our 7th DCL cruise, although it's our first on Magic. It's going to be a great cruise with this bunch!

I actually made it back to my office today. I have some paperwork that's time-sensitive and has to be out today.

I had my first vacation nightmare last night. I got to the terminal and they wouldn't let me board the ship because my luggage didn't match. They had our suitcases waiting where the buses unload the passengers, and they made us take it all back to WDW and told us not to try another cruise until we had matching suitcases! The funny thing is that, for the first time in my life, I do have a set of matching suitcases. I think I probably need a very long vacation! Maybe I should consider taking a cruise?

I'm drinking a coffee (Tim Horton's...you must all come to God's Country and try it ) and it's a good thing I didn't have my mouth full. OMG, does the luggage have to match?? Sorry I don't have a scanner for navigator's. Even if I did I wouldn't know how to use it. I am a computer dummy.

The only new things that I can remember off hand are a "Spring Break" evening where free jello shots were passed out. It was a lot of fun and good to see something new for a change. There was also a video dance party which I did not get to attend so I have no idea how it was.

Will post more about what we did in the ports of call later. I check the boards when I have a few minutes in between tending to DGD's.

Welcome, Donna! We're kinda in the same boat as you (pun intended!). We were looking at sailing in June since we live in LA and I was just getting excited about being back on the Magic again when this deal popped up. How could DH say no to a cruise at 1/3 the price??

Yeaaaaaaaa We Can Board !!!! We HAVE Matching Luggage !!! My mother gave us a big set of luggage for DH & My wedding present.. We were leaving for WDW the day after we married so she gave it to us a little early so it was ready to go..

Suit Bag, Over night bag, 2 big cases and 1 small case !!

Glad I have special curly ribbons on ours.. That's all we look for to know it's ours.. We check it periodictly to make sure they are sturdy on there or we'd be lost..

We are going to DH's Aunt & Uncle's for dinner tonight and to trade some Pins. They leave for Disney on Saturday and wanted some new traders so we are trader their traders with our traders.. don't ask.. I have no clue why other then DH's Aunt thought it would be nice to have dinner together..

Watched Pric Is Right and it was Bob's last day Drew Carey starts Monday with a new color changed set and carpets.. It still won't be the same without Bob.

Not only does my luggage match, but it already has lovely lime green Mickey head luggage tags, all nicely laminated with my DIS name and my email--if anybody finds stray pieces, I bet I'll get them back! I'm almost afraid to see what other "vacation dreams" will pop up as the time gets closer.

I'm feeling much better, thanks to those who asked! There's nothing like these one-day work weeks . Thank goodness the boss was away. There was nothing on my desk that wasn't there when I left!

Jasmine wanted me to stay on here until the 5500 pirates, but it's been a long week. When I logged on earlier, she wanted to check and see if Brack was on here!

Next time we'll have to do a Bill and Jennifer and log onto different computers to try to get it. And with the extra kid for the next 10 days, we could be DISing times 3!
