Just venting a little so bear with me.LOL
My husband is from Europe so we were hoping to take a visit but the Dollar is so weak right now I guess we will opt not to.
I feel so bad for my DH because we don't get to take the kids there that often. But even his mom and dad said, the price would be so high right now that we should wait. So we will.

We're supposed to get monster storms this weekend. All of the burn areas are on flood watch. And everything you've heard about Southern Californians driving in the rain is true. Should be fun!

That is too bad!! I hope this year the dollar gets stronger and the economy picks up. Where in Europe is he from?

That's a shame - now is the time for us Europeans to visit the US (can your DH's family visit you?) but I'm sure that'll change during this year. DH works for a large US bank so we're hoping the situation gets sorted soon...

Nice and chilly here in NJ - 23 degrees this afternoon! No worries though - the forecast high for Monday is 60! I don't mind so much the extremes (hot, cold), but the crazy variations over a couple of days really drives me crazy. The good news is that the Christmas decorations can come down in decent weather.

At least the grand mom and dad where here this past Aug. We went to WDW.
But they are getting older and it is getting harder for them to come over.
