The boards have been slow for the last hour, so hard to post,

I wasn't sure if I had 1000 or Kristin did, I think we both were crusing at the boards being so slow

Today, was a bit better. I had a GREAT Nights sleep last night and am hoping for another one again tonight!!!!!!!!! I am really really exhausted tonight though...........Trying to wean myself off the meds. but I think the dr. is right I will need them for at least a week if not more.............

Keep taking them!! (OK, not trying to sound like a drug pusher. ) I'm one who doesn't take anything unless it's absolutely necessary, but if it were me, I'd take them! Anything to help this be more tolerable!

I think your right. I need to take them and stay on top of the pain.....I think once it gets too bad it is hard to get back on top of it....

I know what you mean, they put in quicker servers, but there must be a problem cause last night and today it is slow at times

Morning everyone My DH has just assured me that the in-laws will disappear in around 24 hours so...

Actually, it's not been too bad - I guess it's not their fault they have absolutely nooo sense of humour, expect to be waited-on hand and foot and are confused by the simplest of appliances...

We had a very nice family lunch at a local Italian restaurant yesterday - the waiter kindly ensured my glass of Gavi was kept topped up at all times and that took the edge off my ma-in-law's ill-mannered, mean-spirited fussing...

I'm hiding in our bedroom at the moment but shortly I'll have to get up and start preparing food for the day - roast beef/pork with all trimmings for lunch and party food/nibbles for the evening's festivities. As Anie would say, 'it's a hard knock life...'

I didn't know my father-in-law was going to your house this weekend! How often do they come visit? I would NOT be able to tolerate my father in law in my house for more than a few hours. So you are a saint for having your in-laws for days!

Hope you got a good nights sleep last night and today goes OK.

We went out to eat last night. It was the first time I'd left the house since Friday night. Got all the Christmas stuff down yesterday. Did most/all of yours get put away yet?

I went to the TA website and I have heard about them before, actually. Maybe from Family Fun magazine, which we used to get, and which the website says they were mentioned in.
