Did you ever come to the Hamvention when it was in Vandalia (Dayton) Ohio? It was this HUGE HAM event but unfortunately a couple of years ago it was moved to a different location.

Nope, but some of my friends go almost every year.

Back in the early 80's I was in New Knoxville Ohio. Camped out in a field for a week.

Tonight on the Dis..... Did Abby resolve her sports bra problems? What's up with ED? What did Kristin's husband say when he returned home from a business trip to find out she's been watching Playboy women jumping on trampolines? Will the Dis censor Harry again? All these questions and more may be answered on the next episode of.......

I forgot to answer my part, yup, sports bra is too tight again. (can you tell by previous post?) I need to go shopping this week.................

Hamvention was literally right down the road from me. It was held near the Dayton airport, which is on the same road that I live on. Too bad it's moved because that brought in alot of money to our town.

Kristin-If I don't call you tonight please don't take it personally!!! DH was kind of giving me "that look" last night because I was dis'ing so late. So tonight I figured I better watch a movie with him.

Well I think that is different based on the cabin you have.
In my case I got an extra 300 OBC on top of the OBC I had from Disney for booking on board and then the Castaway Cay member benefit if you booked with DCL within the first ten days when this cruise went on Sale.

The OBC was only part of the reason I went with Carol, she responded so quickly to any of my questions before I even switched to her.
I haven't been disappointed yet.

SHe is Great. Plus, Ed we will get the group ammenties if we get enough rooms into our group...Palo's Brunch or welcome cocktail reception.!!!!!!!!!

Did you survive the nephews or did they end up not coming because of DH's flight delay? Did you tell DH that with any luck sometime before the cruise he'll have two tall blonde women jumping on his trampoline instead of just one? Ooh ooh, I wanna be Holly! OMG, sorry. It's a Sunday night folks. I do NOT know where my manners are. Kristin, if you want to be Holly then you can be Holly.

If you rebooked while onboard you will get that OBC plus the OBC that she is offering plus the Disney Visa credit of $50.00 if you have that too. SHe will offer you "group" pricing too plus either a welcome cocktail reception or a Palo's Brunch and in stateroom gifts which are GREAT!!!!!!!
My Oct. cruise our groups cruise price has gone down twice since our group is sooo very large. Ask Ed she will meet if not beat the current pricing you have. She is very quick to respond too!!!!!!!!!!!

Abby, Ed, Tonya, Nikki and I used the same TA.. SHe is great she will match any OBC you have. Just ask any of them what a GREAT offer they all have gotten. .I emailed you her information!!!!!!!

I did contact her and she responded very quickly unfortunately she said that since I had it with a ta allready that they probably wouldnt let me transfer...I am going to keep her information on hand though...Also I was really interested in the Palo Brunch with the group since it will be me and dd I wasnt going to book anything at Palo...

Abby and Kristen- you two can be Holly- I will be Kendra- then I can wear the "grill" LOL- remember that episode. She does seem a little ghetto fabulous- and that is so me!!

Ed- I definately liked the fact that Carol responded so quickly as well- I called her the day after Chrismas- and she called me back same day. I've called her two other times- and liked the same day response time.

What my girlfriend did was change her orginal ressie and had Carol rebook it to get the higher OBC.. Did Carol offer you a higher OBC?? Also, my girlfriend was able to get the same cabin tooo!!!!!!!!!!!
