I agree tho' I just got sucked into the start of this season - no doubt I'll watch it for a while and the novelty will wear off...

They may have jumped the shark, but it's still better than some of the crap on TV

WTG Karen!! I am up 5 lbs because of cruise/holidays, but still down 10 overall.

Thank you! I have to be more persistent with sticking to it because when I do my body doesn't ache and I'm in a better mood. It's the winter months that really do it. We are pretty active throughout the rest of the year, be it at the gym, outside playing with the kids, etc.

It's more of a post-kids syndrome as, by then, I won't need a car suitable for ferrying DS and friends to/from school... And I've always liked fast cars just couldn't afford them in my youth...

Excellent! You'll lose that in no time. I don't know about you, but I'm just so small (5'2") that every pound shows and the cruise plus two lots of DDP really didn't help the cause!!!! Plus I didn't do any extra exercise between October and January - I still went to the gym but was lazy with the treadmill. Now I'm back in the zone and have already pounded out over 2 miles this morning...

No School again today for DD due to snow and ice. Since this is the last snow day allowed in their quota any more days miss will have to be made them up in June.

I gave up on ER quite awhile ago... ER "jumped the shark" after Dr. Green died (just my opinion).

I with you on that, my DH still watches but I just skip it....

Yup, big dogs you can grab on to and cuddle. But some little ones are pretty darn cute. Especially the little ones with big dog attitudes!

Nope don't like small yappy dogs, A good mid size is nice, not to big to handle, but big enough to say I'm a dog don't mess with me

Well I will make sure to think about you while we are there. AKV is beautiful. I stayed there one night in Oct after a cruise and fell in love!

Its a free day, they are allocated so many a year before they have to make them up. I have lived here for 16yrs and they have never had to make up days. This has been a really weird winter so far....
