Okay, so who all do we have planning on going to DL

Stacey & Family (4 ?)
Laura & Family (3?)
Monica & Family (4 ?)
Diana & Family (3?)
Pam & Family (4)

Is this accurate or am I missing someone or including someone I shouldn't? If it is accurate, that is a minimum of 18 of us. How many does the balcony sit? I have never done it, so not sure of how many.

That's probably pretty much the limit. I think Virgil and his family are cruising with us, too, though....and they'd want to do it. They do have two shows of Fanatasmic and two buffet seatings, but we don't want to split up. I've got lots of time to hunt and search and see if we can get a special deal. I'll sic my travel agent on them!
We would have 21 total. I think they could manage that. I'm picturing it, and trying to count in my head how many people I remember being there the last time.

Cool! I can't think of a better way to celebrate my 2nd anniversary of my 39th birthday!!!

At this point, I'm not sure if we'll have all four. Jordan will be 18 next year, and may decide that she's just too old for us. LOL Yet Megan is 25, and she'd LOVE to come. Go figure.

Rachel went through that phase around 18. Now at 22 she just can not believe we vacation without her!!!

Getting ready to run Ashley over to the school for her track meet today. She is running the 800 meter and doing the high jump. Then she is going on a mission trip over to Juarez. Dale has youth symphony practice this afternoon and again tomorrow afternoon and a concert tomorrow night. Just another busy weekend.

I haven't really talked much about going to DL next summer with them, because I am afraid something will happen and we won't be able to make it. Things are just really up in the air because we don't know when Dale's high school graduation will be. And then of course we will be having all the family here for that and you know how that goes.

We will just plan on it and hope that it happens.

Spent the weekend in Dallas with my high school girlfriend. Which reminded me to ask her how long she has been married - my last trip to Disneyland was the day before her rehearsal dinner - she had panicked thinking I wouldn't make it back in time... Anyway, it's been 15 years....pathetic...

To make it even worse...I've subscribed to at least 3 Disney podcasts. I'm enjoying listening to the audio of someone else's vacation videos... so sad...

I can't wait until next year!!! When can we make reservations?

Hi, Monica! Don't you just love those girlfriend weekends?!!

15 years? Well then, DL will be like going for the first time!! Same for me! It's been about 8 or 10 years (sad how the years all just start running together! )

I'm not sure when we can book, but I planned to start looking into it around July or August. When are y'all planning to arrive and how many nights? We're thinking 3 nights (Sun to Wed) but we may decide to stay over Wed night and fly home Thursday. Guess it'll depend on what everyone else is doing!

I totally agree - SO MUCH to do in LA!! (I used to live there and I did all the touristy things!!) Last time we were out there, Rachel had a blast just walking down Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills! And I always enjoyed visiting Santa Monica; Venice Beach is another neat area.

Now see what you've done?!!!! I would LOVE to do another LA visit - not after the cruise and DL though!! (too much time away from home!)
