Hi! I know we still have a lot of time to wait, but is someone putting together the FE list? I see the space reserved for the FE list, and a lot of people have said they want to be on it, but I don't actually see a list anywhere. Am I just missing it? Or was it on the old thread before this one got started? Thanks!

I don't know where time has gone since we got back from our Spring break in Barbados....a short trip over to Holland, a burst pipe and a new bathroom hasn't helped matters .....plus I don't seem to be getting any notification of new posts since this new thread for some reason. So sorry to have been AWOL for so long folks..

I'm hopefully back now, with more time to spend..... so hopefully I will have some time to plough through the threads to get the FE groups organised soon.

I couldn't help but notice you are in the UK.. DH and I run a company outside of Washington DC and our sister company is in Chelsea UK so we often have UK folks here and we go to UK quite frequently. So, the UK folks that come here constantly tell us how "Brits" love Disney and of course I just think that they are making talk since they see all of our pictures.....well, last October we participated in a big Army show at the Washington DC convention center, and to know my dh - he is a manly Marine guy who drives a Jeep Wrangler, with the doors off and roof off. So, here we are in massive DC traffic in this Wrangler, I am in the back and dh is driving and we have a young "Brit" in the front seat who asks if he could plug his iPod in - so dh says sure......wouldnt you know - here comes Can you Feel the Love Tonight - from the Lion King - literally from the Lion King being sung by Nala and Simba and it's blaring and this young fellow is singing it as loud as can be as we sit in crawling DC traffic, past the White House, down Independence Ave...you catch my drift.... poor DH was mortified....I still laugh about it every chance I get...proved they do love their Disneyy

Oh yes, Brits are huge Disney fans alright ....and fans of the US in general (in the main) too.
...we even have our own version of "The Dis", called "The Dibb"...totally dedicated to visiting Disney parks and other Disney related activities.

Although we live in the North of the UK (near Manchester/ Liverpool). we've been to London numerous times ....and even seen The Lion King show last time, having met up with a lovely American couple, we met on Anna Maria Island on our last US vacation.

I was contemplating a VR because we did one at 5 and 10.
Are you going to get married on the ship or on the beach?

Well they don't tell you the day/time until 45 days out but our DFTW coordinator Meredith said it will most likely be the first day at Sea in the Outlook lounge. DF & I wanted to get married on the ship because we decided to get married on the Magic and would have our "Fantasy" Wedding on the Fantasy. Then we are going to probably host our guests at Palo in the private room. Mainly because we wanted to give back since the cruise is a costly endeavor for some of our folks.

You should totally do it!!! The VR. If you decide to and you need anything let me know, more than happy to help out.

Hi all! Over the last several months I've joined several groups on Facebook for Disney cruises and Fish Extender ideas (I'm a little obsessed with all things Disney!). Someone started a new group for cruise meets, so I thought I would start a group for us. My experience with my other cruise group has taught me that some like Facebook, and some do not. Congratulations !!! I know how excited you must be because we got married during a Disney Western cruise in 2008.....we did not go through Disney though we got off in Grand Cayman (a bit risky considering it was a tendered port !)and got married here;

Hello all....

This is my first time to the boards in quite a while. I work at a software development company, and we are going thru our 3-month long annual QA audit, of which I'm in charge of. It is beyond time consuming, plus we have loads of client sites upgrading to new versions of our product. We mark a business solution (HIS application) for any size healthcare organization.

Sooooo one year from today, we will be in one of two 8-bedroom vacation houses we have rented, and spending almost a full week at the parks before the cruise.
