Hi Everyone

This is the list for free custom lanyards and name badges for everyone
in your cruise group. Please take a close look at your listing and PM
me if I've made a spelling error, left someone off, wrong cruise, or if you are no longer
going on one of these cruises. Please PM me if you would rather have a different
version of your name on the badge (nickname, etc.).

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR LISTING AND PM ME IF IT IS CORRECT!
A * before your listing means your have verified the names and you are good to go - you do not have to respond.

It's very important that I hear from people on the "not confirmed" list.
I don't want to leave anyone out and I want to make sure that the names are correct!
So if you are on the "not confirmed" part of the list, please let me know if the listing is correct.

GETTING YOUR LANYARDS AND NAME BADGES
If your name is on this list (except for those on the "not confirmed" list), I have a name badge and lanyard for you. Please make an effort to pick them up.

Name badges and lanyards will be available at the following locations:

In Los Angeles:
At the terminal - I will get there fairly early - you will have to play "Where's Ken" to find me. It probably won't be to difficult - just ask the people with the special lanyards and name badges.

On Deck 10 - Starboard side (that's the right side of the ship) - overlooking the Goofy pool from 2:30 to 3:30pm - if it's raining, I will move to the Promenade Lounge.

If we can't connect in these places, you will have to call me in room 6584 and make arrangements for pickup.

I will be giving out two sets of lanyards and name badges in Los Angeles for those doing the B2B!

In Vancouver:
Because I'm on the Repo, I cannot guarantee that I will be in the terminal at Vancouver. Therefore, I will be in the Promenade Lounge from 2:30 to 3:30.

If we can't connect at that time, you will have to call me in room 6584 and make arrangements for pickup.

A reminder from a native San Franciscan while the ave temp is 54 to 65 we are right on the bay and if the wind comes up which it does this time of year it can be quite cool. Just remember to bring a jacket especially for all of you folks going to Alcatraz it is especially cool or for some of us down right cold there. Sue

Actually this way we will not look like tourist. The tourist are the ones wearing shorts and freezing. We use to take bets at the Giants night games which inning the folks would leave, or buy a blanket and sweatshirt!
i have hear from my CA connections and if you watch the weather channel they have been getting a lot of rain! The rain starting in CA is where a lot of the east coast snow is coming from!

I don't think the cruise docs are related to online check-in. Regardless of how you do the check-in paperwork, you still need the luggage tags. And people who don't check in online but plan to use DCL ground transportation will need their bus tickets.

I am sure those of us in the northwest will just need an extra day or two for the mail to travel this far. I hope they arrive today, but will try to be patient if they don't!

No cruise docs here in WY either, we are also looking for those luggage tags!

"patiently" waiting for cruise soca and FE gifts to arrive...the suspense is making me go crazy! I think it's time to start packing...anyone else with me!

That is great that you have been to spring training. I have been off the boards since we brought the new puppy home on Saturday. DH gave me some free time to check in and he is watching to make sure everyone is playing nice. Our 3 year old is still not sure about this puppy. Good news is that she has not gone after her but rather just tries to ignor her!

Have fun with the new puppy! Hope the 3 year old will accept her sooner rather than later!

I prepaid our tips this morning for both the repo and Alaskan...have my "travel folder" down and ready to go with copies of passports, documents, itineraries, etc. Feels much more real now! I've told myself that when the cruise docs arrive, I can start packing. I did buy myself an actual floor length formal dress, which I have not owned since...oh, senior prom! I won't admit how long that's been, but suffice it to say that it has been a LONG time since I've gotten myself a true formal dress. I kind of love it though. Have to have something to compete with my DD, who will likely be dressed in rotating Princess costumes each day. She doesn't really do "cruise casual," lol.

SCRAPBOOKING CLASS ON THE REPO

Okay, sorry I have been MIA, but had a family crisis this last month with my mother, but she is out of hospital and has gone home, so I am trying to get my act together and get ready for the cruise. HA

Here is who I have PM's from that would like to scrapbook:

That's 16 so far.

So, for those that have scrapbooked before, you know the drill, but for those that haven't, here's some info:

1. We usually have the scrapbook class on the 1st sea day at 11 a.m. However, it always ends up being a conflict with our Palo's brunch reservations, so I am inclined to move it to 1 p.m. on our first sea day, so we don't have any brunch issues.

2. I generally come up with idea and try to make it go around the theme of the cruise (i.e. this one would be west coast specific for repo and Alaska) and I generally charge a minimal fee to help me with a portion of the cost. Generally in the past I think it has been around $10 and if I get your scrapbook adhesive and bring it for you, add $5 to that for a total of $15. So I try to keep the cost under that.

So, you are asking--what are we doing. Well, next weekend is Scrapbook USA Expo here in Salt Lake, so that is where I go hunt for bargains and try to find whatever it is we are going to do. And then I spread things out throughout my house for the next month compiling everything and shipping it to California so it awaits my arrival.

That is kinda the rundown.

So the plan.......

1. First sea day 1 p.m. most likely in Animator's

2. If you want to join the fun, please PM me ASAP so I can add you to the list so I can kinda figure out how much to buy next weekend; and,

3. Deadline to sign up to participate will be April 10th.

4. That's it!

Can't wait to cruise. This has just been a hectic spring. Guess I need to make my plane reservations next, but my adult daughter has me on hold because she thinks she has a life separate from mine and I am waiting for her to hear on her summer job. Hopefully, we will have an answer this next week and then I can plan from there.

Linda, I added the REPO Scrapbooking Post to the MEGA LIST It's also listed on the First Post of this Thread with all of the other activities. I can't believe we are so close to this cruise!!!

I see you're in WY, very cool! It's my dream to move out there somewhere, but then I had my son, so now I'm waiting until he's grown up and moved out. I was in Moran for about 6 months about 20 years ago, living and working at Signal Mountain Lodge, and fell in love with the area. I only had to move home because of an accident, long story that I won't bother with, but if it weren't for that, I'd still be out there. So I wait another 10 years. It's been 20, so another 10 is nothing!

Georgie - I tried to answer you earlier...ran into connectivity issues. So far I have had no interest on the Alaska cruise, I will wait and see if anyone asks for info..I will post again tomorrow with the meet date and time...see if that causes any interest. If not, then I will just let it go...
