I see that my wife has hijacked my username.... .

My wife teaches 4th grade in Escambia County, Florida...where last week our elected school supt was arrested for DUI while at a conference in Clearwater...but that's a whole other thread....

I work with industrial instrumentation/electronics.

We're both in our mid 40's. Will be our second Disney Cruise. We did the 4 Day cruise in December of 05. Cruise was over much too soon (the first place we stopped after leaving the cruise was a Ruby Tuesdays around Gainesville...can you believe they did not greet us by name when we entered ...they barely even noticed we walked in!!! Then they had the nerve to bring us a bill!!! can you tell we were spoiled?).

Last time we cruised, it was with our three kids, plus 1 (our teen daughter brought a friend). This time it will just be the wife and I....hope we can deal with the guilt of leaving them home ...plus, the kids will be in school (wife teaches so we can afford to send them to a private school).

We wanted to do something special for our anniversary...considered other cruise lines....but did not want to be on a boat full of drunk college kids....we just really enjoyed the family atmosphere on the Disney ship as we're not the party type.

As I type, it's a nice sunny 57 degrees here in NW Florida...looking forward to some tropical sun.

Okay, it was my attempt at humor. Chuck was commenting/joking that he and Lisa will be older then what is currently listed on the cruise list. I responded with the should should I set the age to 12 rather than bump them up one year. Sorry....my bad attempt at humor.

As far as the FE it is for everyone....both my parents are participating and they qualify for the Senior Discounts everywhere

I will do that later today. We have two more people traveling with us. One is embarking on her 23 Disney cruise. But I have their cabin numbers at home. And I need to verify if one of them is doing the FE "Game" She did not when she traveled with us in October or on the med crossing, but I believe she wants to this time.

For those without cabin numbers and you want to see if you have them: If you have access to a fax machine call the 1-800 number and request a faxed comfirmation. When I did it yesterday for our friends the fax had the cabin number on it instead of GTY...but when I checked on the computer there was no room number. They signed up for this cruise when they were on the med crossing and got GTY 9....so it was not like they just booked.

We were on the Thanksgivingday Turkey cruise with IcemanPad!!! Hi you guys. I missed alot of the cruise because of a gallstone. I did get to come to dinner for Thanksgiving. So fun to be in the hospital right before Christmas. So we are going to try again.
It will be myself (50) and DH (51) DS(15) and DD(12) Also so our friends will be coming with their two kis DS(16) and DS(10).

Chuck we wibe a table of 8. We would like to link up with you guys so we can eat at the same time and area of the resturaunt.

Can't wait to meet everyone. We will probably do the FE I will check with my friends. Lynn (Not a teacher but I have over 100 volunteer hours this year and I do box tops for education. Does that count)
