Speaking of Hocus Pocus, one of my all time favorite merchandise ever released was back in 2015. I mean seriously look at all these characters! Very detailed and gorgeous colors and yes ALL the merchandise sold out long before we got there but hey, if you really wanted it you could get from third party sellers for twice the price. ugh!

Open to any ideas with my planning

September 30th - We have me (50) and 3 - 23-year-old girls. We have never been and really don't know what to expect. Is there a list of Characters somewhere?

We have a full day earlier in the week at MK. We are clueless as to what we will do other than the following. We can arrive as early as 2 pm (DVC).

We have reservations for dinner at 5 at the Plaza but if someone can confirm Caseys will be open we would be happy eating there later in the evening.

Ah, got it. Not sure why you say To Go box for the Terrace party? You sit at tables that are mostly along the railing of the lower level of the Tomorrowland Terrace. The dessert buffet stations are a few steps behind the tables.

Hallowishes is only around 12 minutes, so you'll be done / ready to go do something else by 10:30ish.

Thanks for the fireworks end timing. I’m not sure about the to go box? Maybe re: getting there so late due to coming from the parade that that’s what they’ll give me? I think it will depend on wherever the reserved parade seating ends up being and when I get to the Terrace after that. Maybe they’ll let us stay after the fireworks for a few to eat desserts...

Yeah, a lot of unknowns with that parade viewing situation. But let's just say you'll be arriving 9:40-10ish at the latest at the Terrace... I'd load up a big plate (if that is your intention), sit, and watch the show.

Reports on the regular dessert party thread are that they will let people linger/wait at the tables, but they do put away the desserts rather promptly. YMMV though as different CMs/managers could do different things on any given night.

They do have to-go containers available for the Plaza Garden version of the party, but I'm not sure about the Terrace.

This is my first ever post on DIS boards.

October 11 - Me and DS (7)
I'm so all over on what I think we want/need to do. I know we'll be getting to MK around 3:15. We will want to meet Jack and Sally, view one of the parades, one of the hocus pocus, and Hallowishes. Other than that, probably some rides (Space, 7DMT, Tea cups, HM,BMTRR, POtC) and trick or treating for the kiddo. I'm thinking a more relaxed party to enjoy the sights and sounds, so if we don't get to everything, it will be ok.

Thank you so much for all of your information provided already. I've been reading through the posts for the past few days, and have learned so much already.

HI and to the DIS and the party! Wooohooo! What's missing are you're FP's whether you plan on making them when your window opens. I'm assuming you'll be attending the first parade, with DS being only 7 that's what I'd do. The only posts that you need to focus on are Posts #3 thru Post #8. We have plenty of time to work on your itinerary as more information is being released.

I have tried using this for this very ADR and also for the Cali brunch I lost when we had to move up our December trip. I am always a day late and a dollar short!

Maybe you can get a lunch ADR there? We have done that on party nights and it's a fun treat on a party night!

Maybe on another trip. My niece specifically asked for BOG for dinner. Thanks for the suggestion though!
