After It’s a Small World we made our way over for a Meet and Greet that I had been really looking forward to. Little Miss was over the moon excited about this Meet and Greet as well.

The pictures sure show the excitement. I love the pictures of her running up to Tiana.

Overall it was a wonderful Meet and Greet. My only regret is that we didn’t get over there when Naveen is with her. Oh well, next time right?

I was going to ask where he was. Sorry you missed him, but it definitely looks like Little Miss was perfectly happy with meeting Tiana.

I've seen the comments and I'll get to them as soon as possible, however just incase I didn't have enough on my plate trying to prep for a move (Still without a confirmed close date!UGh!) it would appear that I have now been hit with a bit of a cold that has sapped me of my energy! ​

Hope you feel better soon. Is there family you can ask to come help you pack? Take it easy and rest up so you can be healthy for the move. It'll be much harder on you if you're drained.

Well the one blessing of the closing date being pushed back at the last minute is that I had been preparing the house to start the move in process on Friday. Since we now don't close till the 16th (FINALLY CONFIRMED! ) I now have a few days I can kill. (there is only so much you can pack ahead of time)

I totally feel you! Deep breath, and my best/only advice, is you have all the time in the world to unpack, so unpack what you need to have a great holiday and do the rest later.

I DO have help lined up to arrive the day after the moving truck. The girl I used to nanny and who is now in college is awesome at swooping in and helping me gain organization out of chaos. She and I will tackle the main floor and what we can of the top floor. I'll have her back in the summer to tackle the basement and get a new storage system in place.

Both my christmas cookie recipes require time in the fridge to set before baking and one I know will work well in the Freezer the other I don't see why it wouldn't. I am thinking of mixing up the dough on this side of the move (While I still know where I've put all the ingredients) and just slice and bake on the other end. If I can shake this cold tomorrow I might try. Nothing like filling the house with the nice smells of christmas cookies baking.

Tianna isn't one of the top princesses for our kids, but I have to say, on a past trip, the meet we had with her and Naveen was probably the best one we had all trip - certainly the one that exceeded expectations the most! Definitely suggest for a future trip you try to meet when Naveen is there!

47 pages later I'm hopping on the official I'm reading your tr train! I'm going in September with my 3 year old. So I'm really excited to read about how you guys decided to take mid day breaks. I'm thinking it was going to be a must do on our trip. It sounds like you've been really busy and faced many losses lately and a lot of stressful situations. Please send some prayers my way that my closing date doesn't have to be moved...AGAIN! Regulations state that an important document must be signed and returned by end of buisness day today to allow 3 full days before closing.

Its 2:30 and neither DH or our Realtor can get ANYONE at the credit union on the phone or email. Even though we were assured we would have the document today.

I have no words (at least none that can be used in front of my daughter but might have slipped out anyways) after being assured numerous times that things would work out today. After being on edge all damn day long. After sitting at our computer waiting for the documents to arrive since 4:30 this afternoon. After being assured that it would happen. They have now invented an extra step in the process and we can't sign the papers till monday. Legally this means that the closing date now gets pushed another day. AGAIN!
