For anyone interested, the PC Optimum FB group is saying there an offer for 6% back in PC points on Disney gift cards. I don't know much as I haven't searched it yet but thought I would post what they are saying. Here's the offer.

Ugh, math. Should the federal budget pass I am over 50 so would be able to retire without penalty, but still reduced pension from what I'd get if I work until I've got more years of service. Can I still afford Disney? Is 51 too young to retire? Would I want to get some other part time job? If I don't do it, I'll have to continue working 8 or 9 more years.

I have given this a few days to think about it.
I am going to say NO do not retire. 8 more years will go fast.

I retired early but I had a Bridge pension which helped.
Part time jobs are very hard to come by,,, the economy is not strong right now.
Inflation is still rising.

Way off topic but related to an upcoming trip. I was trying to log into my Starbucks account to see my GC balance. I want to top it up before my trip. When I try to log into the Starbucks giftcard site it won't let me log in. I downloaded the app and have no trouble logging into my account on it. I just can't log in my my laptop.

Is this just a Sunday glitch? Also can I use the Starbucks (Canada) app in the US or do I need to download the US one? Can we mobile order using the app while at WDW?

I have used the Canada app to pay at Disney, Universal and the MCO. But I have never done mobile order at those places. I dont think it was possible but I am not positive if I just didn't bother trying.

Every time I have gone to anywhere in US it says mobile ordering is not available. You can use app to pay and to redeem stars for items you order.
