I called this morning and got right in. Got the date, time, and restaurant! Plus, I asked the CM why the date now says open. She told me the chatter she heard is that it is most likely Gary Sinese, they just haven't been able to confirm him yet and that's why his name was pulled.

I've been seeing a lot of people going on the first week of Dec. thru the 12th, and then a lot the week of Christmas.

Not many seem to be on Nov. 27th-30th. Do you think it's because this is when a lot of people are going home/or just getting there?? Or maybe it's the narrators?? What do ya think?

For me it was the narrator!! I'll be there then and I was going to do November 27 CP package till the narrator's came out. Now I am doing December 1.

It also could be that first week of December is when Mousefest is going on. (see www.allearsnet.com for info) - We are going Dec 2 - 4 because we were able to get a great rate at the Swan @ $129 per night with the Mousefest rate. Plus, I am hoping it won't be too chilly, that time of year can go either way.

For me it was the narrator!! I'll be there then and I was going to do November 27 CP package till the narrator's came out. Now I am doing December 1.

I agree. We were planning on the 29th of November until I saw who was the narrator and changed to December 1st.

Okay, now I'm a little concerned. I'm a fan of Rita Moreno and was thrilled to see her as our narrator. Our only to be able to do CP is the first night. So, is there some reason I should be aware of for not wanting to hear her?

I believe I'm going on Nov 30, 8:15 show (Phil Donahue) with dinner at LeCellier at 5:30. At least that's what I think I was told.

I ran into a problem trying that one year, maybe 4 or 5 years ago. They would not allow me to book a dinner that early with the 8:15 show, they have blocks of dinner seating times set by the showtimes. Hopefully they will let you do it.

That's what I got dinner at LeCellers at 4pm going to Trees Lighting at 6PM and CP at 8:15. On Dec 15 Lou Diamond Phillips

I had a terrible time trying to get CP Package. I called on the 15th and got a CM at 7:06 a.m. and wanted November 30 with Dinner at LeCellier at 4:40 for 2 with a 6:45 p.m. show. Didn't have any. Tried for November 29 and still nothing.........same with November 28, December 7, 8, 9.....Finally I said any date with dinner at LeCellier..........he opened it up and up came a 4:00 p.m. dinner at LeCellier with the late show for 2 people????? He said it was just bounced back into the system??

This is a Christmas gift for my parents who live in Florida 6 months a year. We went last year and my parents loved our video so we thought we would send them. I was in a panic with the CM. When I booked last year I got through the first day they were available at 10:30 and got our first request. Wonder if it is a party of 2 thing?????

I held for 48 min on the 15th right at 7:00 am, but once I got through, I had no problem getting the 8:15 show on Dec 25th with a 4:40 ard at Le Cellier!

Can't wait, no matter who the narrator will be!

I tried to get Le Cellier for two and the first person told me that they don't book parties for two. Then I saw on the boards that other people had gotten reservations for two. Soooo I called back and the second person told me that she didn't show that you couldn't book two but now there were none available. She only had reservations for four. Later went on the boards and read that someone had called and was told the same thing but they let them book for two with a table for four. I'm beginning to think that the mouse doesn't like me.

No flames from me. I would have rather gone to the CP during the week, but chose the weekend before with Rita M. because I would never want to see Phil D. tell the Christmas story..........TOTALLY MY opinion.........just an opinion folks.

We saw her two years ago. I'll admit I wasn't too thrilled when the list came out and saw that's who we had. But let me tell you, she was so incredible!! She was so passionate and into her reading, you couldn't help be moved. Not that it takes much with the choir and the Christmas story. I think, especially with you being a fan, that you'll really enjoy her narration.

Okay I have now booked 4 CP dinner packages at 4 different restaurants,two because they were convenient because I am staying onsite and planning to got to Epcot anyway(Phil Donahue and Haley Joel Osment)and 2 when I am staying at Universal because I really want to see Cicely Tyson and James Cavizel(who I just added today because of his rave reviews)do you think I need therapy?I may decide to cancel one or two before I go but this way I have plenty of time to decide without worrying about any day being soldout.
