That is an impossible question to answer!!! I had luck at the Palms last year. In January no luck . Hotelwise, either the Flamingo or Harrah's only b/c it's centrally located and easy access to everything.

In Tahoe though, it's got to be Bill's. Penny slots and cheap food and drinks. You could go all night on $20!!
