Hi, everybody! Originally my vacation was planned for November. Then scheduled for October. And now officially booked and confirmed for September 20-28! :cutie: This is looking like it will be my first SOLO trip! I'm nervous about that, but also super excited!

Itinerary:
Sept. 20th: Drive down (5 hours) after work, check-in offsite near Universal.
Sept. 21st: Doing some stuff in the area for work (I'm in the travel industry).
Sept. 22nd: Hitting the Universal Orlando parks JUST to experience both sections of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. That night after the parks, I'll check in at Pop Century!
Sept: 23rd-27th: DISNEY!!!! ::MinnieMo
Sept. 28th: Drive home.

Looking forward to talking with all of you in the coming months!!! :)

Adding myself to the September party - just booked for Sept 20-27!!

We're staying at POR, our first time in a Mod resort so I'm excited for that! We'll also be able to do F&W and MNSSHP - first time for those too!

Now to go read up on MDE and FP+ since neither of those existed yet on our last trip. Oh, and figure out our schedule & which dining ressies we want, since our 180 days is in... 12 DAYS! AHHH!

So I switched our package today to the free memory maker package. I've never purchased Photopass + in the past and am kind of scared. From what I understand they no longer provide cards and everything is done through the MB. I just hope no pictures are lost. Also the CM I spoke with was amazing but did state that the chance for FD for Sept this year is pretty slim. But we all know to take what the CMs with a grain of salt.

Haven't booked yet for the second part of our trip but I am wanting to see if someone would be able to do me a BIG favour!!!! I was wondering if there is still availability for BOG dinner on the 15th??!? could someone let me know possibly? thanks in advance!

Joining the party! Out dates are 9/12 - 9/17/14 and staying at Wilderness Lodge. This will be our first deluxe stay and we cannot wait!

. I called earlier today and the 16th was completely booked. When I called Monday for my 180 day mark the CM told me that only the ADRs in the 4:00 area were open from the 6th-13th. Don't no how true that was. For some reason I can't book my ADRs online past my 180 day. I can only book it when I call. Weird. Sorry I hope that helps some.

that's what I was scared of, I was going to book tonight but was only booking to get BOG on the 15th I will wait to book now if a discount comes out
thanks

Thank you, go you have the one for October as well, our vacation is split. Thank you!
September is the first month using the new format for the calendar link. Once October is available it should use the same format, with September changed to October at the end of the URL. It isn't up yet though, it may take another couple of weeks.

Thank you! I'm a bit concerned bc I will be booking dining reservations next Sat and not sure how I can do so without the Oct calendar. Can I call Disney and ask?

Joining the club! We are booked at Pop Sept 21 through Oct 3. Really, really, really REALLY hoping for free dining, or we might be looking off property. I keep hearing things about it being a small possibility this year, but I am still hoping for that possibility! :)

I'm so upset:sad2: My hubby let me add another day to our vacation, but only because our dd (who is 7) wants to go to US/IOA one day...well...that one day from Disney is going to shorten the time we have for the parks :( I'm trying to get it all figured out so we can see as much as possible. Here are our plans with dining...so far. Please tell me what you think or give some suggestions:
9/7: arrival day....HS? or just do our RFC ressie at DTD?
9/8: AM - Epcot...breakfast at Akershus
PM - Epcot for Illuminations ?
9/9: AM - MK...breakfast at CP
PM - MK...MNSSHP with dinner at BOG
9/10: AM - either HS with lunch at SciFi OR US/IOA (later arrival)
PM - either MK or HS
9/11: AM - depends on previous day
PM - ?
9/12: AM - CM for breakfast and then possibly a late arrival to MK ?

See that off day for US/IOA is throwing me off big time, but daughter really wants to go

It wouldn't hurt to ask. Also know that Disney usually gets the calendar posted by the time 180+10 windows start getting into the month, so it might show up just in time. Finally, you could use last year's October calendar as an approximation. Often the days of week for EMH parks remain the same. Last year's October calendar used the old format link, and is at: http://media.disneywebcontent.com/StaticFiles/DTA-Domestic/pdf/ParkHours/WDW_Operating_Calendar_oct.pdf
Good luck!
