Is a room/package discount more likely for 12/31-01/03 or 02/07-02/10 for Grand Cal? Trying to figure out the cheapest time to go. Discounts aren’t out yet of course- Reginaphalange1

Need advice: Grand Cali 7 month window...
I'm trying to book Grand Californian at the 7 month window and it is impossible! Is this normal for the Grand Californian? I have only been once, it was in February, and I didn't have any trouble booking it. Is May a tough time to get a reservation there? I waitlisted it but I'm trying to just...- MissMet

Anyone know the smell that used to be inside of the grand California hotel?
When i was younger i was in Disneyland for the 50th celebration and stayed in the GCH and remember that it had an amazing smell (sort of like a cleaning product?) last time i smelled it was in 2018 i miss that smell because as a magic key holder i go regularly to the parks now and it just smells...- swagmaster230
