Wow. That's all I can say about your tablemates.
I love funnel vision! I love watching movies up there too!
You are making me anxious for my cruise in 60 days. :0)

Those table mates of yours are something else, aren't they?! Panic attack my butt. I wasn't even there and it doesn't sound like a panic attack to me, either.
LOVE Funnel Vision movies! And there IS something incredible about that pizza and chicken fingers on deck - SO good.
Yay to resolution of the table mate mystery! Funny how everyone has their own thing on a Disney cruise. I wasn't all that fond of Funnel Vision (found it hard to hear with all the ambient noise) and while I was grateful for Pluto's, I preferred to get my meals elsewhere when I could. But thats the beauty of the cruise line, something for everyone.
I as going to ask if you were keeping in touch with Josh's friend? They look so cute! What about the tablemates? Love Triton's for dinner!
Oh and thanks if you add me to the other cruise group. I've been REALLY busy for the last 10 days. I have 10 days of reduced busy-ness, before it amps up again, this time for almost three weeks. Then we finally have a break for two months before our next cruise! Our PiF date is just around the corner!
Watching 'Up' on deck is my idea of heaven
Your tablemates really were a walking and talking disaster area. In all my cruises, I have yet to manage watching a movie up on deck.

That was very neat to watch Up on the Funnel Vision and be out right next to the pool.
Oh what a tangled web we weave when we first practise to deceive.
I'm waiting for the next installment. I suspect there is a lot more of this story to come.
Foolish Mortals, indeed!
What a train wreck, it is making me a bit sad actually reading about it. Kind of painful to watch I'd imagine.
The E's LOVE funnel vision.
I confess, we've never actually hung out and watched it! We are always next door at the adult pool.
The boys though...they will turn into prunes watching movie after movie after movie if they can.
Or at least they would then, who knows now, they might be "tool cool".
Sniff.
Josh does look cozy in the hot tub.
You're so right, its surreal being in the middle of the ocean watching a movie on an open deck. And we were the only ones out there I think. Just an awesome thing
I have never watched a movie on deck. Putting it on the list for our 8/16 cruise.
Oh yeah panic attack...NOT!
It will be interesting to hear the next what the installment of the "tablemates family drama" as I'm sure there's more to come.
Sometimes you can't make this stuff up!
I am anxiously awaiting the unraveling of the table mates. I am so into drama like that!
Beautiful pics of the boat. It looks like a simply amazing afternoon and I'm glad that you, Pam, Joshua, and Ellie look like you are having a fab time!!!!!
I'll take character pics if you try a movie on deck. Deal?
Deal
I hope that next year will be a two cruises year.

table mate dram is always interesting. I had some on my last cruise too way back in 2008. I was in a group of people I know from another message board. Some things worked out well others not so well. There were some problems with the arrangement of the tables the first night because of some problems with shore side, apparently the shore side dinning manager quit after another group got to demanding or something like that. The serving team had some problems the first night, but then when dont they on the first night really. Some of the people at the table I was at got really annoying with special requests they were making things like Cheese from Palo every night at the start of dinner and with desert, crème brules every night for two people, chicken wings that they used to have on the parrot cay menu every night, banana bread every night. The head server one night had to go all the way across the ship one night to get some chicken wings form the sports bar. After all this you would except these people to be grateful, well one night the head server came over to find out how things were going and they just about dragged her and the serving team over the coals, I wanted to crawl under the table after that and hide. The next night since there was an extra seat at one of our other tables because someone was having some family issues, I joined them, for the rest of the cruise. Also two of the people reduced the tip they had prepaid by half, so when the rest of us found out about that we all over tipped by a lot to make up for them.
The last couple of nights were fine as some of the real problems at that table had Palo reservations the last two nights.
I just found this TR and am enjoying it. My 11 yo DS and I are going on the Wonder in Nov with this same itinerary. I was nervous about how he would be with it just being him and mom and no sisters or dad but I feel a lot better about that now! Both sisters are in college and DH doesn't travel so I just decided why not go anyway while DS is young. Thank you!
Tablemate drama is a trip. Thankfully their drama wasn't aimed at us, if anything they were very nice, just totally messed up. Our server was beyond kind with them, wrapping food to go etc....he was very respectful and kept his mouth shut with regard to any opinions even when one was obviously totally hammered.
Yours sounds terrible and embarrassing! I'm glad you got to move and didn't have to endure every meal with them. I would be mortified sitting with people that reduced the tip. That was very cool of the rest of you to make up for the reduced tip.
Two cruise year? Lucky girl!
