Counselors are there to vent your anger to, and give suggestions to help your anger and stress. But everyone's different I suppose.
I don't think being anemic matters with anti-depressants. I'm sure there are a lot of anemic people who may be depressed and are on medication to help them.
I personally, don't think you should wait until January to do something about this. If your crying every night and are stressed between levels 5-10 everyday, that's very unhealthy for you, Meg.
ITA with GoofysOnlyGirl..don't wait until your sress is overbearing to the point where you have a breakdown. You need to get help now. You may not want it but you need it.
