November Exercise Challenge--Getting Fit For the Holidays!

30 minutes yesterday, 90 minutes today. 120 total. Going to get a few minutes later tonight, but I'll report on that tomorrow. Afternoon.

Not a banner start - I probably won't make it this month, particularly with my WDW trip over Thanksgiving. I'll keep plugging though.

Could I join in? About 6 years ago, I lost weight, and WISH was a major factor in that! Since then, I've had a baby (who is now 4) and am really at the point where I need to lose about 15 more pounds to be comfortable and able to be active as much as I'd like to with him!

That was a big long story to say, I'm in for November. My goal is 800 minutes. As of today, Nov. 6, I'm at 150/800.

Catching up from being out of town for my mother - in - law's funeral. It's been a very difficult week but I managed to get in some exercise on some of the days.

11/6: Walking - 109 minutes
11/7: Walking - 91 minutes
11/9: Running - 79 minutes, Walking - 10 minutes
11/10: Elliptical - 30 minutes, Exercise Bike - 30 minutes, Walking - 65 minutes
11/11: Walking - 20 minutes
Today: Walking - 104 minutes
