Hi! We're booked for this cruise - our first ever - and are so excited! I've read about the FEs and we'd like to take part. I'll be traveling with my husband and our 4 kids, who at the time of the cruise will be 7, 6, 4 and 2. We'll be in two rooms, 9666 and 9668.

We're going! We're going! So happy to find you all. We are doing a ladies only cruise to celebrate my sister-in-law's retirement, and it just so happens that we picked a cruise that includes the date of my niece's 28th birthday! It's just the three of us and it is our very first cruise, so we're extremely excited.

We haven't talked about the FE thing yet, so I don't know if we will join in or not. I'll let you know.

Links to Cruise Meet discussion/Fish Extenders other than those on the DIS may not be posted or offered by any other means (PM, email, "search" directions, etc.).

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

We're trying to raise kids with generous hearts and love everything about this!! While vacations typically focus on what we want, when we want it... I love the idea of our family being intentional about doing something kind for other people.

General detail on fish extenders can be found in the links in the first post of this meet and you can either provide the details of those in your cabin that would be participating in our FE group here or in a PM to either myself or the DW mrs.hardis (if wanting to PM you first need to post at least 10 messages anywhere in Disboards - having 1 message posted, you only have 9 to go).
