New blog on Tokyo Disney Resort

DreamSweetsLove: Thank you so much. She's a little rascal that one. An always smiling rascal, haha.

FireflyFi: That room is really beautiful. All 3 official hotels are really beautiful. Disney and OLC combination works really well!!!

Wow. Loving the blog. We are planning a 10 night trip to Japan next May/June 4 of which will be spent at Disney! We have 2 littles (they will be 6yo & 20mo at the time of travel) so I appreciate the input on baby care.
Question... is there a parent swap for the rides? At WDW DH & DD can ride a ride while I wait with the baby & I can get a parent swap for up to 3 people which means that DD can ride again (in the fastpass line). She loves getting to ride everything twice and I love not riding alone in the single rider line. Do you know if the same system is in place in Tokyo?
Thanks & I look forward to future posts.

I am not sure, but my wife actually asked them about it and the system differs. In TDR, it's called child swap. You talk to a CM and they will give you a ticket. You get to go on the ride and when you exit, your partner just shows them the ticket and gets escorted to the front of the line. No fastpass line involved. I don't know if you child can ride twice, but I definitely know that there is the child swap service in Japan I will research more about it the next time I visit in July and post it on my blog. Hope this helps for now. Thanks for the kind words. Appreciate it.

Just checked with TDR. Everything is the same except for lining up at the Fastpass line. When the first party exits the attraction, the other party will use the baby switch ticket and be escorted to the front of line. Your child will get to ride twice. Perfect!!!

Great blog! You've hit on all my favorite things already. I once had the outdoor patio of Canaletto almost to myself, while a wedding party went by on one of the gondolas. That was pretty awesome.

Your daughter is RIDICULOUSLY adorable, seriously!! :)

That sounds amazing. All to yourself? Must have been beautiful.

Thanks for those kind words. I appreciate it. More posts to come real soon. ARIGATOU!!!

So glad to run across your blog! Thanks for doing this. We're in the very early stages of planning a TDR trip for spring break next year, and I'm always looking for more info since I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by it.

Awesome! There are so little English blogs for the Tokyo Disney parks out there - This will be most appreciated as I count down my first trip to Tokyo Disney (106 days and counting :) :))

Great work. I travel on business to Tokyo a lot and when I have the chance I try to get to TDR to unwind.

I'm reading this on the train home from a late night at work and those pictures are making me hungry!! Great post, loved the little personal quips. I hope you're back on good terms with your wallet :-)

FireflyFy: I'm glad you enjoyed the post. My wallet and I have got back to talking terms. We're not as close as we used to be, but the wounds are slowly healing. ; ) Thanks for the comment. Appreciate it.

The Universe: Another update to the blog. This time, it's a review of an eatery in Ikspiari. I hope you guys will like this one. Thanks so much for the support guys. I truly appreciate it.

Great review of Kua Aina, I love that place! They also take credit cards which is great as I try to reserve my yen for 100 yen sushi which doesn't take cards :)
