I wrote in and emailed...and I got a call back, personally...they said that they would change my Premier Passport down to whatever I wanted and give me the refund.
That's nice and all...but it still doesn't fix the fact that I bought the Premier Passport in mid-December, and I asked for a little benefits booklet, and they were all out...THERE WAS NO HEADS-UP ABOUT THE CHANGE IN DISCOUNT...so I am seriously mad at Disney for not grandfathering me into the change in discount...
What they should have done, if they insist on decreasing the discount amount, is grandfather in ALL premium and premier passport holders who purchased in 2012, but their passes expire sometime in 2013...they should still get there 20% discount until the pass expires. We bought under the pretense that we would be getting the 20% discount. Not jerk it away from us with a big slap in the face...I don't like getting duped!
