Good Morning, just found this thread as I was checking the meets thread.
Our next cruise is the EB Panama Canal Crusie on December 9th. I am embarassed to say that I signed up for 2 excursions that have weight limits and I am over that weight.
So here I am - I would like to lose 21 pounds by the time we sail. Today I am committing to eating better, watching my portions, stop non-stop snacking and exercise 6 days a week.
I will be re-joining Weight Watchers this evening. Any words of advice will be greatly appreciated - I need all the motivation I can get.
