Got 70 minutes in on Sunday at the gym. Today I got a 30 minutes walking today and 10 min wii dancing. So I am up to 240 I think.

I'm meeting with my pt today, I really need to change the direction of my therapy. It's making things so much worse. Hopefully I'll start racking up the minutes once my knee inflammation calms down.... :(
 


2/11/13 -75 minute yoga and a 49 minute walk adds 124 to February. Up to
545/1300. Yippee!! :cool1:

I am a little behind this week since my youngest son broke two bones in his arm at basketball this weekend. We finally all got sleep last night so hopefully I am back on track.
