Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

If they can't do it, use Uber. Your first ride will be free if you sign up within 3 months of travel and have a promo code. :)

This is exactly what we did and it worked very well. POP said they would transfer ours to BC CL but I was worried it might take too long. The Uber was free (my first ride) and later during our stay I "referred" DH and he got a free first ride that we used one night to go to WL. The drivers we had were great!

Staying Poly CL for the first time right now. We are in Epcot for the day and thinking it would be fun to have Ohana room service for dinner. Would we be able to order it and eat it in the lounge?

Thank you. This worked out nicely for us. 4 adult feasts were delivered to us in the lounge at 7pm. Fed 8 adults, 3 teens and 5 kids with a little left. Of course, we were pretty full from a week of eating at Disney and some of us are the lounge snacks first :-)
The only bad thing was that room service didn't come back to cleanup for a couple of hours even though we called them.

I've been meaning to give you all a review of the business class at CSR. I think calling it club level light is perfect. The biggest difference is that theres no IPO. So if you like CL for the planning services CSR BC is not for you. However if you like a continental breakfast in the morning and some apps with a nice glass of wine or Sangria before dinner and a giant cookie the size of your DS2 head with some coffee from a Nespresso machine before bed then you would like it. Some major differences in the food options are there's nothing hot -besides toasting a bagel or putting hot water in oatmeal. No cordials at night and its not open all day. Its from 7-10am and then 5-10pm. Also as mentioned before no IPO, so no separate check in. You do get a great room location, by far the best at CSR. In the morning there was always juice, milk, coffee and nespresso, bagels, packets of oatmeal, lots of fresh fruit(whole and cut up), cups of yogurt as well as their own mango yogurt, cereal and a rotating pastry (muffins, cinnamon rolls, sweet danish).
At night they had 3 kinds of chips (tortilla, ruffles and veggie), antipasto types of meats and marinated veggies, cheese, some type of bread (pita, focaccia) dips (salsa, hummus and the best ever caramelized leek and onion dip). After 7, they leave the chips and put out giant cookies. To drink they had sodas, beer (bud light, yuengling and corona) red and white wine as well as sangria. I was also informed that they have soy milk and Gluten Free snacks on hand! The attendants kept everything very clean and well stocked and were always willing to help. Overall we really enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again when CL isn't in our budget but would still like a little pampering. I have lots of pics, just trying to figure out how to get them posted, it keeps saying- file too large. If you have any questions just let me know.

Sounds so nice! I tried to book this category for our upcoming stay, but the only availability was king rooms.

Hi All!!

We just booked our first Club Level stay! We'll be at the Poly from April 12-19, 2016. This is a "Birthday" trip for me and I couldn't be more excited! I would love to hear any advice you might have. I have yet to be contacted by the concierge but I just made the reservation yesterday. I tried to make a few ADRs -last night but the system seemed to be having issues and wouldn't let me. Do you all usually let the CMs do that for you? I can't wait to find out more about what we have to look forward to! Now, if it weren't so many days away!:cutie:

I have never used Uber. Does it work well for a party of 5? I would be travelling from Uni to Disney.

Please add us to the list! Staying WL CL 11/28-12/3 and Polynesian CL 12/3-12/6! Thanks!!

Sounds like an awesome trip! Hope you have a great time :wizard:.

I think the lack of consistency is why I'm a little disappointed, since we've seen numerous families welcomed with champagne & escorted to their rooms. It's definitely not a huge deal, but the little things are what make CL so special, if that makes sense. It doesn't diminish our trip at all, but I won't stay CL at BC again. We'll keep trying it elsewhere & just stay in a regular room or villa here in the future.

Glad you had a great trip overall :).

I will say that our last trip nov 1-9 was spent at BW club level. From check in to check out I could not have asked for better service. We have stayed at many different hotels CL and this was by far the best experience. We defiantly felt the Disney Magic during our stay. Our room was actually on the 3rd floor, where there is only a few CL rooms but the location could not be beat. I will say I would highly recommend it to anyone that might be on the fence about taking the plunge to CL

I've always read great things about BWI CL! Glad you had a great time :goodvibes.

Long story, but I agreed to give GF a second chance and I hope to return with an awesome report. We will be in Sugarloaf, and GF management rocks :)

I'm sure you'll have a great time! :wizard:

Hi, I'm just starting to sift through this lovely thread. Tonight I upgraded myself to CL @ YC.
I'll be there March 10-13th. I'm treating myself to disney for my birthday, since the past two birthdays have been duds!

I booked thru orbitz to get an awesome discount...and I totally forgot to do 'special requests' on there. Will contacting the IPO with room requests/mentions of my birthday be okay, or do I have to call disney for that?

TIA and I look forward to trying out the YC CL!

Congrats on upgrading. Hope you have a great trip :).

Please add us for Poly GV Club 7/1 to 7/5/16. Thank you!!

What a great way to spend the 4th of July :wizard:. Have fun planning!

Can you please add my family to the AKL CL from Sept 29-Oct 6 2016?

Congrats on booking AKL CL! We love AKL and are planning to try CL sometime next year :goodvibes.

Glad everything worked out with the Ohana room service meal :thumbsup2.

Sounds like a great birthday trip! I always make my own ADRs so I've never used IPO, but it is nice to know they are there if needed. If you don't hear from them soon and have any questions, requests, etc, you can always email them. Happy planning :).

No. They don't do room service or take out. You have to go there. Not recommended to take room service to the lounge either. For one thing you would have to take it down there yourself

Omg is that new?? I would LOVE that!! We have Ohana booked the day
Of the Christmas party and would love
To have it in our room instead! Oh wait. I pretty much just eat the shrimp and skip the meat. This wouldn't work for me but that is an awesome deal!

I'm not entirely sure how new this is - I had never heard of it either until a few weeks ago via Tikiman's facebook page.
