    Almost 3 year old...

Hey Everyone, My family is getting geared up for our cruise on the Wonder on April 6th. I'm getting a little nervous though. Our son will be 2 years and 51 weeks when we board-meaning not technically 3. This makes me nervous because he has a 6 year old sister and we are traveling with friends...

you guys will do great don't worry!!!! i've been teaching for going on 7 years now and i still find that in front of grown ups i freeze but i'll do anything in front of the kiddos :) i agree, most teachers don't wear suits and heels so you need to wear something that makes sense when you're...

    Differences between September and December???

The thing about Florida is even though it's December it might not be that cold :) My best advice as a Floridian is you're still going to want to take a break of some kind during the day. You might not need the swim but definitely take some time to sit and rest maybe do some people watching. You...

    Two year old buffets

This is true :) we travel with our 2 year old who doesn't eat a lot of anything. We will usually order her a drink and then give her things from our plates. Disney is really good about understanding the itty bitties. Actually, even at Cinderella's Royal Table they worked out something for us to...

Is AK a "must do" if you have never been there?

You should at least go see AK.... It's really beautiful. It's fun to go on the safari and see the animals they definitely will get up close to the car. Everest is also a lot of fun. You can hit it pretty quickly getting either a fast pass OR single rider line which is usually only about 10...

    Help me choose

Sci Fi and 50s are a lot of fun!!!! Biergarten is fun too with the band but can feel over crowded and not everyone loves festival seating (sitting with a group you're not with to fill the 8 person table). I love the Garden Grill! The food is really tasty and there are characters and you rotate...

****Fairy Godmailer List Part II***** (AKA: FGM)

Hey everyone! I'm going over to Disney tomorrow for a little bit. I live about 45 minutes so I take my DD as much as I can while I'm on Summer Break. Let me know if there's anyone who needs a postcard sent out and I can do my best to make it happen.

November 24th 2013 3 nights on the Dream.

Good to know, I'll have to make sure to talk to the counselors about that! that's promising.... I'm already looking at when we can go on our next one ::yes:: I've always been a cruise person and the more I read about DCL I think I'm done with some other cruise lines.

    Disney with a newborn?

going with a little one isn't as bad as it might seem. honestly my husband and i loved going with our daughter when she was really little. one of the best things we did with her to help with heat was to freeze wash cloths and take those with us. we also would go to the baby stations as well as...

    MDE app

it really is helpful if you're a planner. it sets reminders for you and you can create wishlists of things you want to do. the only downside i've found to it is i have reservations for my dd at the bibbiddi bobbiddi boutique and it won't let me enter that reservation number.

Which stroller would you pick? City Mini GT single, BOB revolution or BOB motion?

I use a City Mini in my everyday life and LOVE it! I can't imagine using any other stroller :) I think the best feature on it is the one hand folding as well as how light and easy to maneuver it is. You can't go wrong with it:thumbsup2

November 24th 2013 3 nights on the Dream.

How strict is DCL with ages for things... I know this sounds like a silly question I'm sure they are very set on ages but I ask because my DD will be a month shy of 3 on this cruise. I've been looking at the Small World Nursery and I'm thinking she's going to be bored...I was thinking about...
