creating pixie dust for other guests.... ideas?

This would definitely be difficult to figure out. I'm pretty sure that most people visiting WDW aren't truly in need of material things. I do think it's a nice idea to spread a little kindness, but it would be better to do lots of small things for many people, rather than one big thing (i.e...

Will we need to pay for fussy eater

I would recommend either skipping the character meal all together, or booking a character breakfast. I'm sure toast and jam would be available, so at least he would eat something. Usually breakfast is a little cheaper, too.

    I've been pricing family suites...

We've found better luck booking through David's Vacation Club Rentals. For our upcoming trip we booked a one bedroom villa through David's and it was much cheaper than 2 individual rooms at a value resort.

    Mickey's Backyard BBQ

Hi! Last year we stayed at the WL and we did the Backyard BBQ. It gets mixed reviews, but we really enjoyed it. You can walk to Fort Wilderness (it's a pretty long walk) or you can take the boat. The boat is MUCH faster. Definitely do not leave from a park and attempt to use the bus system to...

    A babysitting question...

Even though the 13 year old may be responsible, I don't think I would leave him in charge of that many children. I would most likely take the twins to the kids club, and leave the 13 year old with just the little ones in the hotel room.

They are good! I remember seeing them in Epcot, right as you enter World Showcase. :)

    I need your ideas, please!!!!

Hello! This year my husband and I are taking our 2 children to WDW as their Christmas gift from us. They have no idea that they're going, and we don't plan to tell them until Christmas morning...we leave 5 days after Christmas. Does anyone have a unique idea as to how we could tell them the...

    I Just got back!

Just curious...is there a place at Kidani where you can refill a resort mug? We'll be staying there in January.

    Critique my ADRs

Another suggestion... Downtown Disney has a Character's in Flight balloon ride. I think it takes you up 400 ft in the air and it's relatively inexpensive. You could go up, just the two of you, then pop the question! :)

    Critique my ADRs

The characters at 1900 Park Fare are Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella. There are more princesses at Akershus (including Belle), but it's a very crowded and noisy place...not great for a proposal in my opinion. Have you thought about dinner at Les Chefs? No...

We've been to all of your selections, except for Sci-Fi. I have a hard time booking that one because it seems to get bad reviews. Biergarten--This was a pleasant surprise. At first it was really uncomfortable, since we didn't know 6 of the people sitting at the table with us. Fortunately...

    Allergy Concerns at WDW Buffets

My daughter had her first brownie at WDW and her first plate of spaghetti and meatballs! I cried, too! ;)

    Allergy Concerns at WDW Buffets

I also meant to mention that we've been to 1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace, both were great. At 1900 Park Fare, there wasn't much off the buffet that my little one could eat, but she wasn't hungry enough to request her own plate of food...she just ate a bunch a fruit. But, the chef did...

    Allergy Concerns at WDW Buffets

My daughter is allergic to peanuts, shellfish, and wheat. At each restaurant (including buffets), the chef came out to our table and spoke with us. We were always asked if cross-contamination is an issue. If it's not, then the chef will walk you through the buffet and point out the items that...

First time at Food and Wine

Cheddar cheese soup from Canada! It's a great way to try it without having to score a difficult reservation at the very expensive, Le Cellier! :)
