I think OP is concerned about the ratio of adults to children for ride seating. What are the ages of the kids? That will determine if they can sit alone and/or sit next to a smaller child on some rides.

I would consider not fast passing wishes your first night, so you won't be rushed at CRT through dinner, and if you fast pass something else much earlier in the day then you can get additional ones.
