I was breast feeding at two WDW Marathons. I fed my son before leaving the room and them again immediately at the finish. At the time I worried about engorgement, especially since I was still nursing every two hours or so, but it never happened.

Thank you so much for the link. I had no idea! I started running the WDW Marathon in 2001, but this is my first time being a legacy runner. It's really exciting :-)

I have the same problem! My DH can win ANY snoring contest, and we try to get a suite with a door between the bedroom and the rest of the suite whenever possible. Sometimes, a suite is not available or too expensive. When that happens, I make DH sleep in a "head fort!" Basically, I construct...

If you are concerned about crowds, watch out for marathon weekend in January. In 2011, races will be held on January 7-9. Its great to watch the runner's though :thumbsup2

I just watched the youtube video. :confused: What are they thinking? They took all the humor out of it! All I can say is that they'd better fix it before my next trip in January.

I've gone to WDW in January for the past ten years. There is just no way to know what to expect with regard to weather. Lows can be as low as the 20s or 30s, highs can be in the 80s or 90s (not during the same 24 hours!). Every year is different!

I remember that after Toy Story 2, lots of people wanted to buy the misfit toys that were in the movie ( that was 2, right?). Anyway, Disney didn't make them. I wonder if this is a reaction to that miscalculation.

The Odyssey was a counter-service restaurant. It has been closed to the public for many years. I believe that it is used occasionally for special events. About 12 years ago, while I was a cm, cms would walk through there to get to backstage.

O.K. teammates, I have a question for you. Every year when I run the WDW marathon, when I get to Japan in Epcot at the last part of the race, I am always tempted to wait and get some KakiGori :love: Some years, I have even brought some money with me, but when I get there I am always super aware...

I used this same strategy and it was PERFECT :banana::woohoo: We ran like crazy people to TSM, got a fastpass, rode, went to ToT, got a fast pass for RnRc, used TSM fastpass, then used RnRc fastpass. I would stay aware of the fastpass return windows and time accordingly! :goodvibes
