    The WISH meet for 2015 will be on Friday, 4 pm at POP food court with a group photo at 4:30 pm. Also we will be meeting before and after the races at the "I" flag instead of the "W" flag ( I for Inspired). We had issues at both Marathon weekend and Princess with the W flag being in the area...

    Not sure, Most meets last about an hour sometimes a bit longer? Some will need to move on to their other plans as kids races or park hopping.

    to add, the arm is at about a 90 degree angle at the elbow and the arm is relaxed. Another check while you are walking when you do your "self check" is to make sure you aren't holding up your shoulders. The shoulders should be relaxed and allowing the arm to swing nice and easy like a pendulum...

    Yes, feeling the hip moving forward is a good visualization. It's kind of like doing the "twist" like Chubby checker. make sure the shoulders/upper body is facing forward while the hips are moving.     Updated to es45. As far as host hotels, I personally like to drive to WDW for 3 1/2 horus and PARK! I then like to use Disney's gas, which I am paying for in a way and I don't get in my car until it's time to head home.
