I can confirm that they have life jackets to use at Typoon lagoon. I was able to get one for my 3 and 5 year olds. We didn't use the ones at the pools. Have fun :)

    Poncho, umbrella, neither, or both?

Just thought of something eles--when we were sitting a waiting for Fantasmic to start at DHS, it starting raining. There was an announcement stating that umbrellas were NOT permitted. So, in this case, ponchos were for sure the best way to go!

    Poncho, umbrella, neither, or both?

Another vote for ponchos--We had 4 with us each day. My husband and I never wore them-it was just too hot and we enjoyed getting cooled off by the rain. We used ours to put over our double stroller so the kids stayed dry. By the way, it rained EVERYDAY but one during our week stay in May. It...

    Shipping water to resort?

I ordered water and some snacks through Staples.com. It took about 3 days for it to arrive--I ordered one week before we left on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday. Be sure to include your name, date of check in, resort name and address. They also have water and snacks on amazon.com. HOpe...

    What TS restaurant at DHS?

We ate at Hollywood and Vine with a 5 year old and a 3 year old when we went in May. They had Playhouse Disney Characters there--we met Jo Jo and Goliath and June and Leo from the LIttle Einstiens. I figured we better go there before they get much older and loose interest in the playhouse...

1 Case or 2 - Yet another Water Question

We ordered ours from Staples.com about a week and half before our arrival date. We arrived on a Sunday and it was there the previous Wednesday. POP held it for us and it was delivered to our room. They also have lots of snacks and granola bars at Staples.com too. We got a huge container of...

Must do restaurants with toddler and preschooler?

If you kids like the Playhouse Disney Characters, go to Hollywood and Vine in DHS. We met Jo Jo and Goliath and June and Leo from Little Einsteins. It's a buffet and they had "not your typical buffett] food" and some great desserts. We also went to Chef Mickey's and loved that! Have fun!

1 Case or 2 - Yet another Water Question

Do you plan on returning to your room alot to stock up on more water throughout the day? If not, one will probally be plenty. We went last month and our problem was that we still ran out in the parks as you can only take so many bottles with you at one time! Plus it eventually got warm...

    Chief Mickey's

I'm not sure why Chef Mickey's gets such bad reviews. We went last month and had a great time! The food was good-loved the mashed potatoes!-and the characters where great!!! The kids had a wonderful time making their own sundaes. The desserts were really fun! We had a super time and I won't...

    Dining Plan or not?

We did not do the dining plan when we were there last month and I'm really glad we didn't. We ate breakfast everyday in the room--we brought cereal from home--which saved us a lot of money. On the days we did have ADRs, it was so much more stressful and not as carefree as the other days. "No...

    Downtown Disney Dining????

We went last month and loved Earl of Sandwhich and Planet Hollywood. Lots of differnet things to chose from at both places so everyone was happy.

Check in for Return Flight- Southwest

I'm not sure if you know this or not but families with children 4 and under are allowed to board right after A and right before B. We flew Southwest home last month and had C boarding passes (no computer access for us!) but were able to board after A since we had a child under 4. We had no...

What I did last month for our visit was look at the menus for each place and get an idea of some that I would like to try. Here's where we ate: MK: Pecos Bills Epcot: Sunshine Seasons and Electric Umbrella DHS: the stand by Fantasmic AK: Pizzafari I was really happy with our...

    Yes, another princess meal question

If I would have avoided every place that got a "bad" review on here--I don't think I could have eaten anywhere!! We had no bad dining experiences. I think you will LOVE the castle! It's just so cool to be in there! We had great character interaction so I wouldn't worry about that. Have fun...

    Yes, another princess meal question

I can't really help too much as I have only eaten at CRT. We had breakfast there last month and really loved it. We met Cinderalla (duh!), Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Jamsime and Belle so that really saved us lots of time standing in line to meet them. We got a wand and wishing star at...
