You are correct, the main difference is that Windsor Hills is the newer resort - plus it has the zero entrance pool and water slide. We prefer Windsor Hills!

What a terrible experience. The homeowner will be relying on their managemnt company to take care of their property, and may not be aware of the level of service they are getting for their guests.

The Windsor Hills HOA take security very seriously, and the new computerised system is there to help in that aim. This is additional to the guards on duty. We will certainly continue to visit with our family.

That is a great area and so convenient to Disney. Two more gated resort communities there are Windsor Hills & Windsor Palms. These are also among the more expensive places, but if you book direct with an owner you should make a savings on going through an agent.

You have made a great choice.As well as being one of the closest holiday developments to Disney, Windsor Hills is one of the newer gated resorts - they are just finsihing off the last few houses to be built there.
