Mine is a 17" Macbook Pro with an antiglare screen. I bought it 5 years ago as a refurb, so it's really about 6 years old. When you've reached the actual gift card, it will actually say "gift card", and have the card number and pin on it. It's actually a rectangle in the shape of a gift card that you could cut out if you wanted to. You haven't clicked all the way through yet.

I don't think you went far enough in the process. I believe you have to click on the voucher itself to see the actual gift card and pin. You can then print it out to use, or add to a registered account. I don't think they can do anything in the store unless you print out the actual card.
