    2/3/13/ Dream

Sadly, we have to skip this cruise. One of our party is having some medical issues that we are hoping will be resolved soon. But, we have all talked and decided it is best to postpone a cruise for a few months. It is not worth taking a chance and being far away from home and medical services...

In Feb, the water will not be "hot". It will be cool, but only once in the six times we have been to Castaway Cay in Jan/Feb was it too cold for me to go into the water. That year, it was almost too cold to stay just on the beach. We will get off the boat and hit the Straw Market and walk Bay...

You have to look at it like " it is only".... That's how I do it. My grandson will be 18 months old at the time of sailing. I have my fingers crossed, but I doubt it. The whole family went to Disney when he was only 6 months old, so he is a veteran. Actually, we bought him shares in Disney...

Possible need for medical attention for DS5 while on vacation.

We were in Orlando at the beginning of March. I had to take my 7 month old grandson to the hospital at 230 am due to breathing difficulties. We obtained Blue Cross through CAA. We called the number before we left for the hospital. They gave as an account number. When we got to the hospital...

Driving from Toronto to Disney World????

A handfull of years ago, probably 10 or 11, we were heading to Ocala Fl for kart racing and we pulled into a travel center early in the morning, not sure exactly where, about 730am. I took the boys into the boys washroom, my wife took our daughter. We were going to meet in front of the...

36 hours, wow...... but I agree, driving is the way to go. You see some amazing, funny and unbelieveable things on the drive. Every year, either going or returning, we have some story that we chuckle about over for the next year. Two years ago, in a plaza parking lot in Clarksburgh WV, we...

Driving from Toronto to Disney World????

I hope no one was hurt. I watch the weather for a week before we leave. Then adjust our schedule to the weather reports. We have run into heavy fog last year, and the year before, we were just ahead of an ice storm.
