Now if we can only get the waivers and program we'll be that much closer!
That's a hard one. Did you submit a time or estimate time for when you'd finish? The sweep time begins when the last person crosses the start line so if you're in one of the front corrals you have that much extra time built in as a cushion. There's also time in b/w each corral so you'll have a few more minutes built in. On the other hand, if you're in the last of the corrals you could be close. I'm not sure where you live, but it could also be warm during that race and whether you would feel comfortable running in warm weather or if that might cause some problems w/ the pregnancy. Another thing to think about is the travel cost and if you would be okay, again depending on how far you travel, coming out to DL for a race you're not sure you finish or would you feel better spending the money on the deferral and coming back to run next year.
I'd try a week to see how it goes and then see if that's something you can do for the few weeks after until the race and if your body can handle it, especially since you said you had a bad 1st trimester. If you think that you could do it and have that cushion w/ a few corrals behind you I say go for it, it's a great race. But if you are unsure I say wait until next year. And then you can do the Diaper Dash too, which is so adorable to watch!
Hope that helps a little.
