Any guests arriving November 1 to 30 receive FP+ testing invites?

I was able to make my Fastpass+ selections today, but was unable to find the link to personalize my MagicBands. Can anyone help?
 
Trying to help a.coworker out. She has ressies at BC arrives 11/7. She is going with 2 other families and so they have 3 separate reservations. One of her friends "invited" her to join MDE. She logs in and can see her reservation, but anyone know where she goes to "accept" the invite? Directions said to go to notifications but I don't see that anywhere.

I didn't see that anyone had answered you yet, and I had this same problem yesterday. Once you log-in to MDE, put your mouse cursor over the "My Disney Experience" link (but don't click) at the upper right corner. A drop-down menu of MDE options will appear and, if you have notifications, you will see a link in this drop-down menu. You can then click and a box will come up asking you to accept or decline the invitation.

Anyone with a DVC reservation in November figure out how to get through this yet?

"Magicpants" is the funniest thing I've read on DIS in weeks.

I may in fact call them "MagicPants" because it will take a sharp-eared listener to hear the difference!

I have a res 11-16 DVC Jambo bought my DVC AP last night with a willcall confirmation# after I saw fast pass + was available got that linked but no MB.

This morn still no MB so I did online check in and the customize MB came right up no logging in and out.

I think those DVC members that aren't having success with online checkin your MDE and DVC acct aren't linked. There was a post on the DVC boards on how to do it. I didn't go in and link mine I'm not sure how but it was already done.

I hope this helps I'm just taking a guess at it.
 
1. We are going Nov 21-Nov30. Everything is working great except for Nov. 26 th won't let me book any fast pass+ or choose anything at all!

2. Is this still a test window or are fast pass + and magic bands open to every resort.

3. Will we be able to double dip???

Sorry about that, I managed to figure it out. I just went in to modify my check-in and sure enough, the option to personalize Magic Bands popped up. Thanks everyone!
 
Has anyone been able to get a BOG lunch reservation for Nov. 26? Our trip is Nov. 19-26 and we want one for the 26th. We can only get Nov. 19-25 to show up.
 
I don't know, it is says we are not eligible for FP+ for those days. People have been able to make FP+ on Thanksgiving. I will give it a few days and then call IT. I am OK with not being able to do FP+ on those days if that is the rule....but they need to let me use the old FP system and give me KTTW card or something so I can access FP like every other guest.

I still cannot customize MB but I didn't do online check in yet so maybe that is why. I am 57 or 58 days out.

I initially had problems with Thanksgiving day, but later last night it started working again.
 
Ok, I'm sure its buried in here somewhere and I should already know this, but have a question. I customized our MB today (checking in Nov 30) but cannot choose FP+. Is that because we aren't at 60 days yet? Or is that because I don't have tickets linked for everyone? Or both?

I apologize if this has been answered before but is there a way to just cancel one of the fast past+ attractions and start over for just one and keep the other 2? Right now, I can either find a new time or find a new attraction but I want to do both....find a new attraction at a new time but I feel like I have to cancel all 3 in order to do this??

Not sure on the 60 days, however, the fact that you don't have tickets linked is definitely a reason for being unable to choose FP+. I purchased our tickets through RunDisney and, until they arrive and I link them in MDX, I will be unable to choose our FP+ options. MagicBands and BOF FP are complete, however. Good luck!
 
I was able to customize my Magic Band, but I had to check in online first. I did try loging in and loging out, maybe I should have tried a few more times.

I am getting my tickets from Airmiles (BDay present from my parents) and I just called today to find out why I don't have the shipping info yet (my parents got DL tickets through Air Miles last year and had them in hand within 10 days, today is day 9 since they ordered my ticket).

They are looking into why they haven't been shipped as they are confused as well. They said maybe they are waiting for stock and it could take up to 4 weeks!!

Blah! I might have to wait until the middle of October to make my selections.

All I really want is an Illuminations FP+ & a TSMM FP+ so I don't have to "run" with the crowds in the morning.

For now, just leave the time as is and change the experience. Then afterwards, change the time to something else. I know, its cumbersome, but I haven't found any other way around it.
 
We are dvc members so I dont get the online check in option from the site. Guess I will have to call IT. Ugh!

Have you linked your reservation to MDE yet? I am staying on points and was able to do so. Then it worked better for me to do online check in through mydisneyreservation.com instead of through the MDE site. Then when I logged back in to MDE I was able to personalize the magicbands and do online check in modifications (when that site is working!)

Don't know about the APs though! You might end up having to call them anyway!

OK, I have had that one before too. Change the time to something really early or really late. Then change the attraction. Then the change the time (again) to when you really want it.
