Wahoo for front row seat!
They should have a subqueue for people who are willing to wait for that front row - like on Big Thudner or something
Mr. MaxRebo - yes wooo hoooo!!
<<< even this guy says so!
Oh my gosh, I honestly didn't see your response before I said almost that same thing in my previous post! Scary! Great minds and all. But YES! They should!
Do you aim for the front row on DME passenger side (not driver side) to get such an excellent photo of the Disney sign? We've been up near the front but I never managed such a great shot - of course you have LOTS more practice than me with all of your great visits!
Your WL photos get me so pumped for our first stay there coming up in just 2 months
We'll be taking our grandson for his first WDW trip & we're all excited. We've booked a woods view bunk bed room and are hoping for a Wishes view
(I made the Wishes view request.)
I hope that your ankle is continuing to heal well!
I can't recall the reason why we chose the driver's side now.... there was a reason... but to answer your question, yes, preferred spot is passenger side front row.
I see your ticker/countdown and that will be such a fabulous trip. Glad I can share a few photos to give you a preview. Your little grandson should love the bunk bed - what a great option. I didn't realize that yes, there would be rooms that see the higher up Wishes fireworks. That would be so awesome!
I just have to know - have you ever gotten a bad view with any of your rooms? I don't think so. The room looks lovely and the view is awesome. I actually really like that part of the building when looking at it to take pictures.
I wish that the villas had such a nice decor. I really think they need a refurb and I'd like them to look just like the resort room. Very pretty.
I didn't know the territory lounge actually sold that many food items. Good to know!
I'll have to go back and see the photos of the villas. For some reason I thought they were the same... guess not. You and Cynthia stayed at the villas together right?
Yes, the lounge has some great food offerings (and full Artist Point menu) and it's never really crowded so it is a great location to enjoy at the lodge.
Hmmm, I wonder if Magical Express was designed to give first timers a bit of practice in the art of line queueing???
So awesome that you got front row seats on DME! Of course I wouldn't expect any less to be honest.
Bahaha, I get Fort Wilderness and Winderness Lodge mixed up too.
I so love the welcome mats of all the resorts. Or maybe obsession is the correct word.
Well a Brenda TR would not be complete without a check in photo.
What a pretty room and a wonderful view. If this had been 4 months ago you might have seen me walking out there!
Yay, finally in Disney!
Ha ha! Don't you know it. Whip us into line forming shape the moment we step in the queue.
Em tapped me on the shoulder and said, I'M going to a different resort apparently.
And that would have been an EPIC dismeet had we run into you at WL. It would have looked like the scene from Groundhog Day with Ned Ryerson....."Phil, Phil Conners, it's Ned!"
I know, it only takes three chapters to actually get onto WDW soil.
Hooray for arrivals! Those new DME kiosks are very spiffy. I agree, they do have a magic band vibe.
How wonderful to get front row seats on the DME bus! We've never been that lucky yet, but I keep hoping.
Beautiful photos of the sign!
WL is such a beautiful resort and I LOVE your room! Disney is really all about the details, isn't it? The bedposts are gorgeous, and those critter tiles in the shower are adorable! I'm thinking a few nights at WL is definitely in our future.
Awesome update Brenda!
Hi Carol! Thanks! Lucky was with us for the seats. Its probably like the law of averages, it has to happen sooner or later!
I think if I knew all the details and stories that go into the design of the resort I would be even more impressed but yes, it was beautiful!
I love WL! Second only to AKV. Another great room!
Jill in CO
I agree Jill. I really like WL but I love AKL. There's nothing like it anywhere in the US. And not just for the animals either.
It definitely was a once in a lifetime trip, I hope you enjoying my TR
They do look good
My DD is desperate to get front row seats so she can get some cool photos too!
Wow that's a lovely view for a standard, very nice
Thanks Jo. I have to pick back up where I left off which was the fabulous swag in the room. All those gifts were amazing!
Thanks for reading here.!
OMG I forgot to subscribe! Problem is taken care of. All caught up, things are good. Did I read your son is coming home? I just got word so is mine.
Proud of their service but this is the best news I have had all week.
Love your list to do before trip. Mine looks kind of the same. I'm always shopping for the next trip.
Glad you had a great flight. I do need to go read your update from today. Can't wait to hear what magic follows you around this trip.
Hi Sandy! I've overlooked that one little step before and thought gee, so and so isn't updating until I realize my mistake.
Glad you are here!
YES! My son is coming back from Afghanistan to Ft. Bliss this week. I am beyond excited as I imagine you are as well with your exciting news! I agree completely with your sentiment.
Thanks again for joining.
