The only thing preventing me from doing on-line check in is even though I always request a room on the opposite end of Chef Mickey's, they never listen and have to change our room.
We are coming off a cruise out of Port Canaveral and will be arriving at the CR pretty early. It would be nice to do on-line check in to have the room ready though when we get there.
California Grille is accepting ADRs in November. So, if all else fails and everything goes terribly of course, they are planning on definately being open by November.
Checked in to BLT 1 bedroom today. Room was ready. Standard view that's awesome (IMO) and absolutely loving it so far!!

You're right, it's not booking online either. There were some websites reporting that they would soon take ADRs for November, but so far, they still aren't accepting them. But the head chef is still predicting an early September opening.I just called to book for December ans was told "we are not accepting reservations yet - call back at a later time" (this was from a human - not the internet!).
Yippee for loving BLT! Hope we get some view pictures soonChecked in to BLT 1 bedroom today. Room was ready. Standard view that's awesome (IMO) and absolutely loving it so far!!

Where does one find the "Log-orail?"

Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful resort-only visit. BTW, I think they have a special conference pass that allows park entry after 4 at a reduced rate.Hi!
The hubs and I will be staying at the CR Sept. 8-12 before going on the Dream for 3 days. This will be our 2nd stay at CR. The first was when we were first dating in 1994! It was my first time at WDW and we chose the CR. I loved staying right where the monorail was. This time we are there for his work conference so we won't be doing the parks. But no worries, we just did a family trip this past Dec. and spent 4 days in the parks. I get to bum around while he attends his "classes".
So, a heads up for those of you staying there Sept. 9-11. There is a large Project Management Conference during those days and the official accommodations are at the CR.
Your hostess will be taking a vacation soon, so I might fall behind in posting for about a week
