I see alot of people have shipped cases of water to the resort. Has anyone ever had any problem with it ? I think its a great idea. Bob

Thanks to these boards I was able to find a link to SSR's marketplace where you can pre-order food to have delivered by Disney for $10. Although I do not plan on ordering it did have the price of the items I was looking for.

My plans are to pick up the items, eggs, milk, sausage, cereal, and chips in the marketplace at SSR because it is cheaper than Garden Grocer. I am ordering the water from Amazon, (the week before we go). Nestle is $6.95 for 24pk of 16.9 oz and shipping is $2.95 which is cheaper than Disney and Garden Grocer.

Items I am bringing from home:
Lipton cup of soup
ramen noodles
dried fruit
Popcorn
salt/pepper
soup
Brownies
Candy
crackers/gold fish
Mac and cheese
potato pancake mix.
powder drink mix.

We are going May 2 through the 7.

I will be making an Amazon order and have it shipped while I stay on the Disney's All-Star Movies Resort.
Could someone verify if this is the correct shipping address I should be using?

This is not true!!!! I attempted to send my boxes yesterday via UPS to Animal Kingdom Lodge and followed the directions on the first page. The automated address and zip verification at the UPS store kept showing an error and would not let the package be shipped using the Bay Lake address. In order for it to be delivered AKL it had to present with the Lake Buena Vista, FL address and zip code. Please correct this on the first page. I sure hope my boxes get to their destination!

You'll be fine. My cousin just returned from a stay at AKL and ran into the same thing. UPS changed the city from Bay Lake to Lake Buena Vista and they got their supplies without any issues.

last summer, surprisingly, i got to my resort early, and actually got my room at 11am. so i took the bus to DTD and then got a taxi to Goodings. asked ther driver how long would a wait for a car back...he asked where i was staying, etc and he said for $35 he would wait for me, then take me back to the all star music. i thought that wasnt a bad idea. so i ran into goodings, got 2 cases of soda (love my pepsi) a case of water, a ton of grapes and box of zip lock baggies, a small cake for my birthday, snacks, the cups of cereal etc and the driver took me right back to music. took less than 2 hrs from the time i left the resort until i got back...a CM met me at the place where the taxi pulled in with a cart...he took all the packages, asked what room, and was off...by the time i got to the room (obviously i walk slower than him) he was standing by the door, i opened it, and he put all the packages on the table and was gone. i will probably do this again...esp since i usually stay from 10 and up...was worth it. and i picked up stuff i would not have thought to order.... worked for me

Besides Amazon and Costco, what other websites have anyone here ship from?

I checked Costco but their stuffs (water) seems expensive and so is Amazon (sunscreen and Kleenex). I found the stuffs I want cheaper at Walgreens.com but their shipping address page is so limited, I can't squeeze in my name, the reservation number, Disney resort name and address. Any suggestions?

Please help. I see where people are ordering sodas from Walmart. When I go to Walmart.com it shows that sodas are in store only and if I select their grocery delivery and enter POR's address it says that delivery is not available. What am I doing wrong?

Good morning. I am trying to have a package shipped to AoA. I called and got the address which is the same as what is posted online. I am using Costco. It says they can't find that address and the order can't be placed. Has anyone else had this issue.

I just sent a package to Pop and had no issues!

I will be headed to wdw in 2 weeks! Yay! I am shipping some supplies to our resort for the baby(diapers,formula,etc). I am thinking of shipping it today via FedEx ground and I think if I ship it today it will arrive around may 8-9. That will put it at the resort around 9-10 days early. Is that too early? I just want to get this checked off my list. Also I want to give it plenty of time just in case. Pretty important contents.

Just back from ssr. I used amazon to order water. I ordered it 8 days before we left. (4/24) Amazon said it would arrive in 5 _7 days. The water actually arrived there in 2days (4/26). So the front desk held it until we got there on 5/2. We had to sign for it when they delivered it. They would not leave it if u were not in the room. (It costed $7 for 24pk of 20oz zephryillis shipping was $1.25,tip$1). We bought groceries at ssr, eggs $1.95, bacon $7.95, ham $5.95, cheese $4.95, frozen red baron pizza 12" $5.95. I included a list and prices earlier on this post of other items that were available.

What's ssr? And where is it?

Is there something like that at CBR where I can buy a gallon of milk? Or is my best option for that gardengrocer.com?

I just shipped to AOA today. Cost $16.57 per UPS for 13.75 pound box dimensions 19x12x8. I think it may have been cheaper thru US postal service but UPS is much quicker for me
