What are some examples of places that have photopass photographers?

There are some standard spots that can be found on the maps here:

http://www.disneyphotopass.com/aboutdpp_map_gen.aspx

They are also roaming around at various spots. They are dressed with a white shirt, brown vest & hat and shorts. If they are roaming about you can do "Magic Shots." If they are on a tripod though (usually at night) then they can't do any enhancements.

PhotoPass+ also lets you add ride photos at:
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror
Rock ‘n Roller Coaster
Expedition Everest
Dinosaur
Test Track

You'll also get the photo package handed to you and a code to add the photos online at these character dining locations:
1900 Park Fare
Ohana (Breakfast only)
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Chef Mickey’s
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Tusker House Restaurant
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue
Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Okay, in the end, we did book with the Dining Plan... So after making and cancelling dining reservations for our visit in the summer, I think I finally got it all squared away and all ADRs are made...

Arrival night --- No ADR made
Night 2 - Coral Reef
Night 3 - Portabello's
Night 4 - San Angel Inn
Night 5 - Hoop de-Doo
Night 6 - Tepan Edo
Night 7 - Bongos Cuban Cafe
Leave on Day 8 :'(

Tried to get resies at BOG thinking we should probably try it while we are there if we can - Yeah, right! Only 2 open Dinner reservation time slots the entire time we are there... and my family will not wait until 9:15 to eat dinner. So we think maybe the quick service lunch at BOG when we are in MK but if not, there is always next time :).

So is there anything I am forgetting or does anyone think that there is somewhere that I should be eating that is not on my list. A few of these are family favorites (like the San Angel Inn in Epcot/Mexico) and a couple that we have wanted to try but never had a chance yet. I am not really sure about Portabello's and still might change that one - last time we were there we were less than thrilled with the service there. The Hoop de-doo is a favorite for our family... I think I would be skewered if I didn't get tickets one night while we are there.

Have a magical day everyone!

Hmmm I will have to read more about PP/PP+ and the price. My son hates taking pictures, but I love the idea of pictures in front of the castle. We probably won't do most of the rides that take pictures. We are doing Chef Mickeys. I can't imagine us having anywhere near 200 pictures taken.

We might be a bit unusual but we have no problem finding things to take pictures of at Disney. On our last trip we had 3156 total pictures. 819 PP+, 496 from my phone, 680 from my wife's phone and 1161 from our DSLR.

Hey Team!! (my smilies arent working well right now, so insert Cheerleader emoticon here, lol) Anyhoo...think we've finally decided on which week in August to go....however to be quite honest-October is looking really good to me too-but we'll say August for now. I do miss all my TeamAugust buddies!!

Wow! And I thought I had a lot when I came home from Africa with 2700 lol. What do you do with that many pictures?

When my kids were little I did take a lot of pictures at Disney. PP wasn't an option yet, but neither was digital, so I did limit myself a bit because I had to spend a fortune on film and developing. So who knows what it would have been like with a digital camera and phone (and PP)!

My wife is a scrapbooker so the bulk of them were printed up for the album of our trip. We took a few of the best ones and had them blown up and printed for hanging around the house. We got a really nice one at Epcot with Mickey, Minnie and Pluto at the Character Spot that had the whole family in it. That one hangs above our couch in the living room.

The one time my parents took us as kids they didn't take ANY pictures (or buy any souvenirs!) If I had been just a couple years younger I wouldn't have any memory of the whole thing!

I have been to Disney about 4 times as a kid. There are no pics from 3 trips. I have 2 pics from my trip when I was 10 and both are of Dumbo, not me! I will have to ask my mom what was up with that?

My moms answer would be "Well I saw YOU every day!" :joker:

I'm still in for the same dates but change of plan for the resort.

We moved from Poly to GF for amazingly cheaper! Got a great deal through a TA and the offer ended up being better than our Bounceback.

Welcome! We will be there around the same time as you! We will be there 8/18-8/27. Your plans look great so far - we also have ADRs at 1900, Chef Mickey's and Ohana - but of course all on different days!

Cool! Maybe we could meet up for the fireworks or one of the parades (MSEP and Wishes, now I like that!)

I didn't read your ADRs yesterday....duh, We will be at 1900 Park for breakfast 10 minutes after you on the 18th. I will have my Lime Green Micky Head with my user name and Team August on it.
ScenicaWolf can make you one if you post a request for one and then you print it up and pin it to yourself, or your back pack, or stroller, or kid LOL, and we can recognize each other that way!
