So we don't know what the structure if Dopey is yet do we? Is it 10k & half like Dumbo and that would equate to 5 medals? 10k, half, dopey, full, goofy? Or is it 10k, half, full, no goofy but dopey? Or is the 5k included in this mix as well?

So many questions... And here I was going to do "just" the marathon... Lol.

My guess is that since they don't time the 5K (do they even keep track of who's crossed the finish line or not?) that the Dopey will be the 10k/half/full, just so they can verify that each person actually earned it. Though, do they verify that for the Goofy, or can you technically skip the half and run the full with your Goofy bib and get the medal?

They didn't verify that I had completed the half when I did Goofy this year. I did complete it (just want that to be known, lol) but after the full I just walked to the Goofy tent, they saw my Goofy bib and I got the medal.

I think you are right though and Dopey would be 10K/Half/Full.

Run 48.6 miles of fun in the Dopey Challenge!

Are you ready for the ultimate endurance challenge? Then take part in four days of fun for a total of 48.6 miles in the all-new Dopey Challenge! Participants will run the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and Marathon, and if you complete all four races within the pacing requirements you will be awarded the Goofy Race and a Half Challenge medal and the brand new Dopey Challenge finisher medal for a total of six pieces of "bling."

You must register for the Dopey Challenge to receive the Goofy Challenge and Dopey Challenge medals upon completion of all four races within the pacing requirements. Registering for these four events individually will not enable you to receive the challenge medals.

The Dopey Challenge will feature:
Four courses through Walt Disney World® Theme Parks totaling 48.6 miles
Disney Characters and Entertainment on-course
Event Weekend Transportation for Walt Disney World® Resort Guests
Family Reunion Area with entertainment and characters
Indulge and unwind at the Downtown Disney® After Party (Sunday evening)

Race participants in the Dopey Challenge will receive:
Champion® Unisex Long-Sleeved Tech Shirts for the Marathon, Half Marathon, Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge & Dopey Challenge, and 5K Unisex T-Shirt*

I'll be doing the 10K and Goofy if the Donald and/or Goofy medals change. With the 5K on Thursday I can't participate in Dopey because of work.

I propose the medal for the 10K/half is Pluto. Cause he's the little dog, but Goofy is still the big dog. Plus I really want a Pluto medal.

looking at the RD page, and of course it can change, and probably will... And someone else may have already pointed this out. Only the 1/2 and full (and goofy and dopey) mention timed bib.. 5k and 10k dont say anything.. 5 and 10k says personalized bib, but dont mention timed.


Now they just need to get some in training clothing made for the races, so I can send them more money lol
