had the orange scented separate shampoos & conditioners with cute mouse ears on the cap. And soaps.
I wish the had the mouse ears on the grapefruit stuff too!

I LOVE those mouse ear on the bottle top shampoos! When I was at DisneyLAND a few years ago we had those... I made sure I stocked up on them and brought them home to use for lotion!!

My wife is an RN at a Syracuse hospital. I had to drive her in this morning. She brought an additional set of clothes incase she gets stuck there this evening. Apparently, This storm will be something else!
You're such a sweet husband to drive her to work...I'm also an RN and have to work 3-11 today, unfortunately my hubby is out of town today and can't drive me to work. Great idea to bring extra set of clothes your right it sounds like it's going to be a big storm. Stay safe!

Well, the snow has been coming down here in NJ all morning. Only about an inch so far but I think we are supposed to get a foot where we are. Of course all three boys are sick and I'm pretty sure one is going to need a trip to the doctors today. Somehow it's always a weekend or snow day, etc. when they need to be seen. Hopefully we'll get in before the roads are too terrible.

My four year old by the way thinks it is hysterical that this storm is named Nemo. He got quite the kick out of that.

Stay warm all my Northeastern friends!

Funny the difference, just a little distance makes. So far this morning, in Mercer Co., near Hightstown it has been all rain. Probably changing over to snow tonight.

Thanks Dee for posting the pics.

I'm Sunday and Monday this week. Off to the doctor in a few minutes. My head cold has turned into a sinus infection. My eyes and teeth hurt bad. Time for some antibiotics I'm afraid.

Feel better soon:)

Hope all of you facing the snowstorms are doing ok. You might want to add a little whiskey to those coffees to help you all stay warm ;) Purely medicinal of course:lmao:

:wave2: Hello from Ithaca!

It's not snowing at all here but we're in the 4-8 inches range. Hope you all stay safe!

I work for the largest hospital in Boston and they have told all non-essential, non-patient care employees to stay home. That NEVER happens! That alone tells you what they are expecting with this storm.

Our home is right on the water so wish us luck! They are saying 60+ mph winds!!

Wow better to be safe then sorry. Make sure you have extra storm supplies. Be careful going to work.

Oh wow! I'm from that area, too. I lived near Pluckemin (at Sunset Lake) but had a Basking Ridge mailing address. All my cousins went to Ridge high school, too. My mom lives in Flemington now.

It's a small world after all for sure. A couple of B'villes, some Ridge folk, Pluckemin, next we'll be hearing from Far Hills, Bedminster, Peapack and Gladstone!!! Seriously though, it's a big country, and it cracks me up that there is this Somerset Hills representation here, this is not a heavily populated area in Jersey terms. Good for us!!! :yay:

We need to have a meet up of all Somerset Hills people at the pool. We could all try the Sunkin Treasure :thumbsup2 Happy Friday everyone!

One of my FB friends (who, coincidentally and topically, stayed at the BC this summer) posted a recipe to help weather today's storm.

It may be cruel to give this recipe if you are stuck and unable to get the ingredients, but here goes:

RICE WHISKEY TREATS
5 ½ cups Rice Krispies
10-oz. bag marshmallows
½ stick (¼ cup) salted butter
2 tablespoons bourbon
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Generously butter an 8 x 8″ baking dish. In a sauce pan, melt butter, stir in cinnamon and marshmallows. When marshmallows have melted completely, remove from heat and quickly stir in bourbon and a sprinkle of salt, then add the Rice Krispies and stir and stir and stir until evenly combined.
Press treats into buttered dish

Sprinkle with salt, if you like.

Hello! For those who have stayed at BC recently, I'm wondering what the toiletries are.... Last time we were at BC they were the blue H2O bottles. This past December at CBR, we had mickey ear bottles of an orange scented variety. What's current at BC? Thanks!
