the Giggle Gang look like a lot of fun! did JJ get to keep the nose? great he was able to enjoy and laugh along!

The Giggle Gang was a cute, funny show about cooperation and working together.

The marshmellows were speaking to me. I was seriously thinking of getting a reeses's pieces covered marshmello, but I was sure it was held together by chocolate so went with the cinnamon roll.

The menu at Gaston's changed a bit. They now have chocolate croissants too.

How cute that JJ improvised during the play and lifted his leg like a dog. Funny stuff!

I am loving all of the pictures of the new Storybook Circus. The Giggle Gang sounds like something that John, yes I said John, would enjoy. He loves all that silly stuff.

He didn't improvise like that at any of the rehearsals or dress rehearsals. He did it for the first time the night OF the performance.

I'm sure John will enjoy it. It's good old fashioned slap stick humor.

The Giggle Gang is so cool!! I can't wait to see the new areas. Sneak peak at the mine was really neat. From all I hear about the ride - it should be really good when finished.

The play pics were wonderful! JJ sure has found his niche. So glad he understands that he is funny and is having fun with it. Hip Hop should be interesting - at least it does have an element of individualization so he can add his freestyle moves in.

So sorry to hear bedtime is not a happy time for JJ. But glad to hear the new meds are helping and he is getting the seizure free rest he needs.

Working from home today on my certification work. We have winter mix coming our way so was glad it was already planned to be my day at home. Mostly sleet and ice which is far worse than snow. DH works in inclement weather so not sure if I will see him till in the am. How's the weather in FL?

We have to be careful with his outbursts. Today at Olive Garden as soon as he walked in the door he let everyone now how bad he thought it smelled in there. I think it was the aroma of the salad dressing because he said it got stronger when we got our salad.

I like hummus and chips too. Yum.

All of the New Fantasyland has been fabulous.

We are glad he's found his niche too. Hiphop starts in February. Looks like I can take the class too. Free for him, not for me. Might help with the weight loss. I did Zumba years ago and lost weight and toned really quickly.

I hope your work from home day went well. Winter mix doesn't sound too pleasant though. Praying for safe travel for your husband in that wintry mix.

It's THE perfect park day today. Highs in the 70's. Couldn't ask for better weather.

Good Sunday morning to you! Hope you've had a great weekend. I'm jealous of the temps you are having! Head to the parks any this weekend? Finally seeing sun today and the ice is melting. Streets were good yesterday so we got out for a bite to eat but have mostly stayed in and warm. Working outdoors in the ice Friday did a number on DH so he has been on his meds and sleeping in the recliner. Gotta do some organizing today.....my new years resolution. Today is my makeup drawer......yikes!

No parks this weekend. We did go out and see Legally Blonde the musical again last night. It was a fantastic performance. The lead is a performer at Disney too. JJ enjoyed watching his two teachers perform again. A few of the crew came up to him before and after the show to say hello to him. Actually the girl you see above in the white hugging him in the skit, is part of the crew and she came running up to him and picked him up in a hug. He certainly can't say he isn't loved and he's definately been accepted there.

DH is doing better today but stayed medicated most all the weekend. I'm exhausted - I never sleep well when he is not in the bed with me and he spent two nights in the recliner. Since the 18th, his case has been under review/appeal again with the insurance company. Each time I check I get "its under review" and that they have a rush on it. But doesn't seem like much of a rush to me. Sorry I'm venting. Just so frustruated and tired of seeing my honey is so much pain. It is really wearing on him mentally as well. I just don't see how they can deny it again given the last report. We are self insured and Med Cost administers the plan. Believe me when I say I have all my documentation and already started a letter to the Pres of our company with how nuts this is! and we are a healthcare company!!! Ok, sorry, I'll get off my soap box this morning.

His next showcase for the homeschool theater group is in April, the next play for the special needs troupe is in May. Hopefully, he'll get cast in the Aristocats and that's in June.

I'll be sending you a pm sometime today about the wait game. My Bible study homework was on just that this morning.

The music folder is his sheet music for voice. It disappeared over Christmas break. We found it! Needless to say he forgot many of the words.

JJ is still not back to himself. He's had ALOT of myoclonic twitching. Last night was the least, either that or we were so tired we only heard him once.

During the day he has his moments. He is more easily frustrated and seems to have less self control. When he's not having those moments he is happy and singing.

We went to the MK yesterday for a few hours to enjoy the beautiful weather. That update is coming.

Yesterday we went to the MK for a few hours to see how the construction was progressing. I was also hoping to catch a glimpse of where the new interactive pirate attraction will be.

The park was open until 8 and we arrived some time around 4pm.

There was some new SOTMK merchandise. It also looks like they booster packs are now readily available for purchase. They were inside the Emporium in the part of the store that has a bit of a ramp to it. Shirts were also found at Sir Mickey.

We found more construction walls up and cranes located where we didn't notice them last week.

This is the area between Sir Mickey's and the Cinderella's Castle.

This is the construction at the old Scary Adventures of Snow White, where the princess area will be.

We couldn't have asked for better weather. It was beautiful, high 70's. While JJ was playing SOTMK, I grabbed fast passes for Under the Sea. The FP machine was located at Philharmagic. Our return time was for 5:50 - 6:50.

We had time before our return time so we headed to Gaston's for a snack. We ordered to share 3 LeFou's Brew, a Cinnamon Roll, apples and caramel, and for the first time we ordered a Pork Shank. This snack set us back over $35. Too many points so it ended up my supper.

We sat in the smaller of the two rooms. This was the first time of all the times we've stopped here where there was available seating. In fact, most of the time we were there, these 2 tables were empty.

We still had time before our FP return time. So we went searching to see if we could see if any construction started on the pirate thing. It there was any, it's hidden. We did find some constrution at Splash Mt.

We headed back to New Fantasyland to ride Under the Sea. They didn't have most of the standy-by line opened. You could tell park attendance wasn't very high. The w/c queue was an additional wait, but it was only an extra 5 minutes. We were the 2nd family.

The sun was starting to set when we got off the ride. Seeing the sun going down put JJ into panic mode. He was ready to go home so he could go to bed. The parade at 7pm was soon to start.

Do you remember back when we went to MNSSHP and didn't get to see Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen? Our timing was off each time we went to see them. This evening, our timing was almost off. The rope had the line shut off, but the cm had just opened it for a family so we asked if we could go too. She said yes! We were the last family.

He got a Tiana's Hot Sauce card in his SOTMK pack so he had Tiana sign that. This was one of those M&G that went above and beyond what a typical M&G does. Remember the Cinderella and Prince Charming M&G where they learned about the force? Well this was a reversal. They got him engaged into their movie. And it was frog themed. They remarked about his hopping. He told them about his acting and how he seems to always be an animal. A bear, a dog, now a frog. This sparked a whole new conversation about what animals he could practice being. They certainly spent some great quality time with him. It was a fantastic first meeting of Prince Naveen!

The parade was soon to start, but we made it out of the park before it did. The monorail was closed, both the resort and the express. We had to take the fairy. Our timing was perfect. We just made it and they closed the gate behind us. The whole time we traveled to the TTC both the resort monorail and the Express sat on the track nearly side by side.

I wonder if they were working by the time the park closed at 8?
