Couchy and her DH paid another visit to the Food & Wine Festival today.
This time they tried...
From France: "Coq au Vin sur gratin de macaroni" (Red Wine braised Chicken, Mushrooms, Pearl Onions and Macaroni Gratin)
Couchy said, "This was a 7/10, good but kinda bland."
From Greece: Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki
Couchy said, "We gave this an 8/10. I liked the flavor and thought it was good. Nice and light."
From the Cheese Booth: Trio of Artisan Cheeses
Beecher's Flagship Reserve Cheddar, La Bonne Vie Goat Brie and Rogue River Creamery Echo Mountain Blue Cheese
Couchy said, "DH loved it and gave it a 9/10, me not so much. Lots of either goat or sheep's milk and I only like cow cheese, so DH ate it all."
