Good morning all!

Double Digits today!!!! 99 DAYS til Disney!!


I slept in too Mari. And I even went to bed early - 10:30! And slept until DS11 woke up sneezing at 8:30 this morning. Stupid allergies!

RF - Haven't cruised yet. I have been looking into it recently though. I told DH that I want to do a Disney Cruise for a certain big number birthday I have coming up in about 3 years. But since I've been looking into it so much I don't think I can wait that long!! But yes, they are expensive. I'd like to do the Disney Western Caribbean Cruise. I have heard that Carnival is not a very family friendly cruise. I may look into Royal Caribbean just to compare prices to Disney, I have heard they are good.


Not doing too much today. Just cleaning a bit and getting things ready for the kids party tonight.

Tebow signed his contract yesterday with the Broncos- and I am officially ready for football season to start! Wooooooooo woooooooo woooooooo!
think I'll go put on my tebow shirt to commemorate the occasion.




Going shopping with MC---- looking for a dress for her to wear to my SIL's wedding in a few weeks.

Shelly Hot Dog's party pics were so cute - he's adorable! I don't think I ever saw a picture straight on, always a profile pic.

Well, we don't have much planned for this weekend here except for visiting Beth in the hospital. They finally moved her out of Trauma a few days ago into a regular patient room. It's been such a hard 2 months, but it's been good because we have visited her every Saturday since she's been there and her progress is amazing to see.

And at some point we are going to see my family to talk about our trip.

That is what my wife had plus the pancakes. I had the biscuits and gravy with bacon.

We discussed more about trip to FL and had decided we will eat at a Waffle House! We have never been there - so it is now on our list.

Yum.... IHOP........ but it was good old eggs and bacon for me today...

mmmmm IHOP sounds delicious. I'm eating a grilled cheese that's cold because I had to get the baby to sleep before I could finally eat it.

It's a movie day today at nap for my own sanity- they're watching Lady & the Tramp

DH got up at 4:30 to go to the hospital with his dad and I tossed and turned until around 6 when I finally got up. I'm tired today. His dad is in his 5th hour of surgery right now and hopefully will be out by early this afternoon. I'm impatiently waiting by the phone for Jason to call me with any updates. I wish I could have gone to be with him but I had no one to watch my own 2 kids. His 2 brothers, sister, SIL and mom are there though so that's good.

RF- Never cruised but my sister and parents have both done a few cruises each with Royal Caribbean and loved every one of them. My parent's latest one was to Bermuda out of NY. Happy to hear that Beth is continuing to recover. I still think that's the craziest medical story I've heard in a while. Poor thing!

Shelly- You be sure and have fun tonight. I'm not envious in the least. Since DH wasn't too helpful with the set up, he can be in charge of the clean up.

Shame on you never been to Waffle House!!! Are they only on the east coast? They're no match for Aunt Sarah's down by my Grandma's in Virginia though.

I think this is going to be the longest day ever. The kids keep asking - how much longer until the party, every 30 minutes!!


Never been to a Waffle House. I think we may have seen one somewhere, but I know there aren't any real close to here. . .

Woo Hoo for Tebow! I hope he does well with the Broncos.

Last night was very really neat. Disney did projections onto the walls of the concert hall synchronized with music. The theme was "Sky" - so they took sky scenes from different Disney movies and put it all together into about a 7 minute presentation.

Before dinner last night I call WDW reservations to see if I could get a greater discount on my room before I paid it off, now that I am premier passholder. I was put on hold for what seem like forever...(dinner was just about ready)...finally when the lady got back on line, she was able to reverse my pincode discount and give me AP discount, which turned out to be a better discount. I saved nearly $200!

So then, I had them transfer me so that I could make my ADRs. I got California Grill, San Angel Inn, and Kona Cafe (3 different times!). Ohana was booked up, but I am still going to check back for any cancellations.

I was so happy to get these ADRs at such a late date.

Next time I am going to be better reservation maker...

Wow Sea, congrats on saving money and getting all those great ADR's!!

You can check online throughout the day for Ohana - much faster than calling!

Jo - I heard them talking about Tebow on sports center this morning before I went to work. From what I heard it didn't seem like he made a deal, but I'm glad I was wrong! I'm excited for you.


I still think he would have looked pretty good in Black & Gold.

Thanks everyone for the continued prayers and nice words for Beth. I had to do a double take at the calender before I typed out 2 months too. The last time I saw her out of the hospital was June 6th at our 'family reunion' picnic at South Park.

She is so sweet and doesn't deserve this (and yes, also one of the twins that we had the 35th birthday party with the ice cream cake last year. ) Do you guys remember that story???

All I could think of when I would see her was that I was so rude about what I thought would be her 'last birthday'

I LOVE the shirt that John Lassetter is wearing in the pic from when Lena and Jeremy met him. Do they have a lot of men's buttondown's like that at DL?

I don't know where to find good stuff like that online. The disney store online is crap. I'm looking for some cute (I mean manly...) shirts for Bob for our trip.
