Well, we had another snowday today- and I was able to convince Timmy & Tyler to come outside and make a snowMickey with me. Sean wanted nothing to do with it- but we'll work on getting him out there this weekend! ANyway, here's a few pics from our day!

They were reluctant when we started, but once Mickey started taking shape, they really liked making him!!

Well the LapTops Saga should soon be over !!! Samanthas will be fixed very soon infact I will call Phil tomorrow !! But seeing as his Baby came home to the Falls and his wife also surprised him with a quick trip infrom her contract RN job in NYC .. I thiught I wouldn't bug him!!! I am waiting for my refund check from the Warranty people and I will have me a Brand new one within a few weeks !!
If that whole scenario wasn't enuff !! Our Furnace broke and we were slowly turning into icicles , but the awesome repair guy found us the part buried in the warehouse and we are now WITH HEAT!!

I just looked at your pics and I have a picture of Nicholas doing the same pose as Timmy with Walt. I have to look for that!

I absolutely love your Mickey snow man! I can honestly say that is the first mickey snow man I have ever seen and I HAVE to make one of those. Looks like a beautiful sunny snow day. Our day was bitter cold and mostly overcast with lots of blowing snow.

UGH...you have been getting hit left and right!! No heat is just AWFUL...it happened to us once or twice when I was growing up (also due to a storm) and there is no amount of blankets that will warm you up. This youth group came to talk to our congregation at chuch yesterday and they said they recently spent a couple of nights in a 6 ft high snow igloo that they built themselves, in upstate NY. BY CHOICE. With big smiles on their faces! All I could think of during their presentation was BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!

The snow day was half blowing cold, half sunny- we went outside when it was sunny, and it felt FABULOUS!!! And thanks!! I was so excited we made him. He has since gone to snow man heaven...

Thanks Tammie! Me too!! We drive down to the Outerbanks for Spring Break in less than a month, and we're all wondering if we should bring our sleds!

The only thing we could think of with Sean is that right now he just doesn't "want" Woody. Even just yesterday, he was playing with Buzz, Thumper & Steve (Blues Clues) and I kept on saying, "What about Woody? Let's get Woody, he's our friend, too". But he just said, "NOOOOOOO". It's a phase- which will hopefully end for him before we go again.

It's always nice to spend one on one time with the kids, isn't it? And I will work on getting those photos! But I really don't know how many I took- I was really into the video camera on that trip, and I video'd a LOT. I remember Pods having a meltdown because we were lugging around the camera- remember when they used to be so big? Well, that's what we had.

I will have to look for it. I didn't organize my pictures really well when I first started using photobucket, so I have to do some searching. It's funny, because he was only 12 then and it was right before he turned into a "full-on" teen. I love that time in his life.

Thank-you! I wish I could say, "Oh yea, that's something I just whipped up with pipe cleaners and kleenex" but really it is a kit that i got in a craft store (for $5!!!!! ).

Sorry for the long break- just busy with lots of other commitments (also I made 2 12x12 Shutterfly books while they were 50% off, and that was a little time consuming!)- but I should be able to finish this up in the next few days...

So, we were on our way to meet the rest of the family at RnR. Now, Timmy is one of those with a split personality when it comes to thrill rides. One minute, he is all go go GO! And the next he is all no no NO! He's like a box of chocolates- you never know what you're gonna get! So thus far he had never gotten up the nerve to go on RnR or ToT. But today he said he was ready to give it all a shot. While I waited outside with Sean, Pods & the Ts headed up for a ride.

A few inutes later, my phone rang- it was Pods, telling me that Timmy had begged out and to be on the lookout for a big chicken exiting the building...but all I saw was this woman, who was really appropriately dressed for a day in an amusement park-

I really, really hope she's a CM on her way to work in costume!! Anyway, soon after Timmy came out- but said he just really needed to use the bathroom, that's why he left. But, ya know, actually, it turned out to be true! Because when he exited the rest room, and Pods & Tyler exited the ride, he said he was ready to go! So off T&T& I went- and can I just say, the kid REALLY sucked it up, because we were in the front car-

Usually people say Timmy looks a lot like Pods, but I have to say, the family resemblance between Timmy & I is uncanny in that photo!! Anyway, Timmy LOVED it, we were all so proud of him!

We had 5:30 ADRs for 50's Prime Time, so we headed over there-

We checked in and proceeded to wait...and wait...and wait...

Seriously- we waited over half an hour. Thank goodness nobody was complaining. Actually, even Sean was really good and patient, although I don't think he could have lasted much longer- waiting is not something he does well (have I mentioned how incredible the GAC is?? ).

Up next- dinner at 50's PT and the last of the viewfinders....
