That is the whole reason it was sent CERTIFIED...so it wouldn't GET LOST.

There is no reason why they should have lost it and if they tell you that tell them they are wrong! Those letters have tracking numbers on them, they should have given you a green receipt with a number on the left hand side. I send those out all the time and have never had one get lost yet!

Anyone have a remedy for a headache that just won't go away? Advil, Excedrin, cold rag and a dark room, sleep... nothing has worked. I feel horrible. I have PMS and I'm sure that's what's causing it, but dangitall, I need some relief.

Caffiene! The Pamprin may actually have that in it. I usually take 3 Ibuprofen and drink soda or coffee.

I am thinking dinner tonight will probably be scrambled eggs and maybe some more roasted potatoes, the ones I had last night were really good. I have so much to do for the next 3 weeks with registration and the school year ending.

I had a dream last night that we all opened a B&B, everyone was happy because we rotated when we worked, one month at a time. The gals that have little ones took the summer so they wouldn't have to leave their families & could bring them along. The B&B was very close to your house Nan....is there something for sale by you?

The AI stuff is so silly, even Adam & Kris were chuckling about it on the Today show this morning.

I am taking a short break from cooking. We are having a few neighbors over for drinks and food this evening. I am making steak fajitas, pico de gallo, guacamole, corn salsa, buffalo chicken dip (Greg's request), and brownies, strawberries and s'mores for dessert. I wish the weather was nicer, but it should be fun. Okay...back to cooking and cleaning!

DH got a call from his new job today. They are putting him on light duty and keeping him close to the office until I deliver. I thought that was real nice since he is brand new.

He's doing great, very busy!

finally some free time at work to post some pics of Saturday and SUndays food.

Saturday was 80 nad sunny, fired up the WSM for some smoked, brined chicken, also smoked a head of garlic for a salad dressing

Sunday was nice as well, smoked some BB ribs, some kilbasa, and some more garlic, grilled some corn on the Weber, and made mac-n-cheese from scratch. All good.

Maria- Thank you for checking on Vickie. She has been on my mind all day long. WE actually had an old Victorian for sale down in the center but I don;t think it is any longer. I love that "Old Gal", she is a little run down and is home to an old woman who can no longer care for her. It is next door top a lovely B&B. Gail and I talked about one, her DH used to own a hotel in Hampton Beach.

DH got a call from his new job today. They are putting him on light duty and keeping him close to the office until I deliver. I thought that was real nice since he is brand new.

Dr. update....all is great. Baby and I are both fine. No change to my cervic yet, which it is a bit early anyway. Emma's heartbeat was a healthy 148.
They did my strep B culture today and I have to wait for results. I was up 5 lbs since last appointment, so that makes my total weight gain 7lbs. Which I am pleased with but I am sure more pounds are coming at the end. I am now on a weekly visit schedule. Dr told me just to take it easy and not overdue it...where have I heard that!!!

I'm just jealous!!! I really can't make any plans until DH has a job - 8 months and counting of unemployment- BUT if he ever snagged one that seemed permanent enough that we were comfortable blowing money on travel, I could fly down while y'all are there. I'm always up to seeing my momma without the hubby in tow.

Kat - Any night is fine with us. I have childcare and don't have any plans for dinners yet on my own. I'll keep watching to see if you have to reserve the lounge, so I can jump in with a reservation if necessary.

Sounds good! I don't make ADR's until July so I'll definitely keep up with y'all as to our dinner plans so when I book I can book for all who plan to come!

Glynis has been posting on facebook off and on all day today, wouldn't think she'd be doing that on vacation, may be wrong.

I think Ellen said she was going off to help paint again.

Just heard from Glynis on facebook:

"My computer is really messed up right now, and shuts off every few minutes. I'm working hard to get everything ready for our trip. We leave tomorrow morning. Please let everyone know that I'm ok, and will try to get caught up when we get back on the 7th. I miss everyone, and you are all always in my prayers!".
