I have one! Well, two. I have an 80gb Zune and DF has a 32gb Zune HD. We both love ours! They're incredibly easy to use, and have never had a problem with either of them. The Zune software and marketplace is really simple. My favorite part of the entire thing is the Zune Pass. You pay $14.99 a month, and you get to download as many songs as you want, plus you get the rights to 10 songs per month. So really, you're paying for 10 songs ($10) plus $5 to download whatever you want. You can keep all the songs you don't have the rights to for as long as you pay for the Zune Pass. Right now, I've got about 32gb of music downloaded after about a year of having the Zune Pass. So, I've paid $180 in that year to download 32gb worth of stuff.. I'm scared to add up what that would cost if I paid on a per-song basis.

Anyway, the only downside I've really noticed so far is that they don't make a lot of Zune-compatible accessories like they do for the iPod, but there's usually ways around it. Like for example, I was really bummed for awhile because I wanted a speaker dock but didn't want to shell out $150+ for it. But, I found out that I can plug my Zune directly into my xbox360 and listen to it through my TV, which (I think) is better than listening to it through a speaker dock anyway.

But overall, I love mine, and DF loves the touch screen on his HD. I'd definitely get a Zune again if I ever had to replace one of ours!

I am listening to my Zune 120 as I type this. I also have a Zunepass and I have loaded this thing with music since I got it. I would love the new Zune HD 64 for my birthday.

Love my Zune 120, would like the Zune hd 64, but not looking to get it anytime soon.

As someone else mentioned , the one downside is the lack of accessories as compared to the IPOD.

Best friend has the kicker zk500 digital stereo system, it sounds amazing and can't wait to get mine, hopefully for my bday!

Zune pass is a great deal!

My wife has a Zune HD... she loves it. It is, by itself, a fantastic MP3 player and HD radio, with excellent features and specifications. However, perhaps the best part of the Zune HD is that you can subscribe to the Zune Pass, which gives you the ability to download as much as you'd like from the Zune Marketplace, tracks you can listen to on any of your three registered computers and/or three registered Zune players, as much as you'd like, for as long as you keep your Pass valid. We've got a library of 30,000 tracks (my wife is a big music lover -- she's listened to practically ever one of the tracks she's downloaded).
