I'm sitting here DISing while DS2 takes his nap and I see something go by out the window. It's Mrs.Nextdoor's mom (who's 80 something) going down the sidewalk on her Rascal, little flag on the back flapping in the wind, old lady 'do-rag kinda fluttering. I don't know where she was going but she had a very determined look on her face.

According to Mr. Nextdoor, she was just bored and decided, what the heck, the government GAVE me this thing for free I might as well use it.

He said she didn't stay out long..it was too cold unfortunately.
