The owner and trainer at the gym I belong to is a big advocate of the Zone Diet. I have been going to this gym for a few months now, and finally sat down and had a nutrition consult with him. I am a little unsure of what I think of the whole philosophy of this plan, and was wondering what others thought of it...if you are doing it, tried it, don't believe in it etc etc....Please give me your thoughts....the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
